We contacted Precision after a recent accident with our current garage door. Our technician, Jeff, was prompt, professional, polite, and patient throughout the service call. Truly an example of what every homeowner hopes to have when faced with contacting a new service professional. Jeff was thorough in his inspection and advised of the options for both short term and long term repair options. He did not pressure us into replacing our doors, but after weighing the pros and cons, we decided to replace them with hurricane rated new doors. Jeff was able to temporarily repair our current non working door until new doors could be installed.
