Josh was a pleasure to deal with. He was held up with the job before and he kept me posted of the delay and time he would need to push me out from the original appointment. He called when he completed the job and was on his way. He also gave the opportunity to do some errands instead of sitting in my home waiting. On the second call back he estimated his time of arrival and was promptly here. He was polite andvery efficient with the work detail and process. He was a wonderful experience. Your add gave me the confidence I needed to get the job done. The fact that you address my issue quickly by a polite telephone operator, no additional charge for 24/7 day sevice impressive! Hector is my garage door technician and he is very neat, clean and polite. He takes the time to explain in detail what to do when my power goes out or one of my kids pulls the red handle which makes the door not work. I love this company and will be using them to install my new up to code garage door and all the trimmings next year.

The gentleman who was here when I ordered the door, Hector, explained things well, was courteous, and professional. The installers of door and opener, Zacariah Bedard and a young man helping him, were very proficient and professional. They were held up by a job in the a.m., did communicate that with me and did inform me when they would arrive. The work was done competently and things were left clean. Mr. Bedard did explain how everything worked. Both gentlemen were courteous and polite and a pleasure to have working in my home.
