Excellent service above and beyond. Saturday service call which was priced fairly and the technician, Noah, who repaired the door was on time, courteous, quick and professional. He installed the springs and at the end he mentioned that the other garage door was unlocked and if I wanted he could inspect it for a fee. He went outside and to my surprise he was able to pull the door up without resistance ...

It is OK, only I thing I am not sure why they need to change two Springs, which is replaced the three years ago, the Technician said the it is wrong Stings, but it is good fro three years.
