This was my first time using Precision Door Service and they did not disappoint. I had the technician Bobby Rivera at my front door in less than 12 hours. I, recently, moved to Florida and wasn't familiar with how my existing garage door needed to be prepared for a hurricane. Initially, I thought the "posts" that needed to be used for extra support were missing and called Precision Door. Dave arrived for my service call, found the support posts, and explained how and where the they needed to be placed. In addition, he provided information on purchasing a new door that would meet the most recent hurricane codes and, also, be easier to operate. He was pleasant, helpful, and, based on his assistance, I would recommend and use Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.
