Jeremiah (the tech) was professional & knowledgeable. Super nice guy. Explained everything & worked "clean". As a licensed home inspector I am always getting asked if I have any recommendations in multiple trades. I would definitely recommend Precision and Jeremiah to others.

We wanted to install hurricane safe garage doors and are very satisfied with the product and the service we received from Precision Garage Doors. There was a small problem initially when old metal hardware was not replaced, but upon our request the company sent out technicians and exchanged the hardware for new ones. They gave us very good service, we will recommend this company.

Excellent service, very prompt & extremely courteous. Jose explained every detail to me in terms I could easily understand and made sure he showed me everything he was looking at. He even showed me the colors available so that we could be sure my new door would match the existing color and keep my Home Owners Association folks happy. I'm just waiting for my insurance adjuster to tell me it's covered as a "Hurricane Irma" related incident and I will place my order. Your Company was highly recommended to me & I'm ready to do the same...

Don't ever use these people! They will overcharge you and take advantage of your situation - such as loss of electricity from a storm. Stay away from them!!!!

I am a customer. The first time I called having a problem with my garage door a service gentleman was here the same day. Two days after Hurricane Irma I had a different issue with my garage door and again you sent a service man the very next day. I am so grateful for the service you provide. Kyle Duff was my service man. He was very professional, courteous and very patient in answering all of my question. He explained everything very well and gave me confidence in knowing how to use everything in the proper way. A comfort to know that when I need help from Precision Garage Door you are always here to help me. Thank you for all you do. H. Karp Now N

I am in the service business and there is nothing better than making a phone call at 8 am, setting an appt on the same day, tech arrives at 11 am and my door is repaired better than new by 2 pm. This is after Hurricane Irene ripped thru 24 hours ago. Simply unbelievable, yet understandable when you select a quality company. Hand down, I will recommend. Plus, Ken was a pleasure to speak with. Informed and knowledgeable. No high pressure sales to buy good, better or best. Stated the facts clear and simple to make a correct decision. THANK YOU!
