Excellent service above and beyond. Saturday service call which was priced fairly and the technician, Noah, who repaired the door was on time, courteous, quick and professional. The technician tried to sell different additional maintenance and services. He installed the springs and at the end he mentioned that the other garage door was unlocked and if I wanted he could inspect it for a fee. He went outside and to my surprise he was able to pull the door up without resistance ...

I e-mailed Precision doors on Sunday for a non urgent matter. They called me back within 30 minutes and set the appointment for Monday. My technician was Hector who was very professional and did a great job he was great I would highly recommend Precision doors to anyone.

It is OK, only I thing I am not sure why they need to change two Springs, which is replaced the three years ago, the Technician said the it is wrong Stings, but it is good fro three years.

The 2 service technicians were very helpful. We had a broken spring, but we chose to go with 2 new springs, all new bearings, new cables, & all new nylon rollers since the house is 10+ years old. Big thanks to the guys for there help on a Saturday & their quick service.

The statement service 24/7, was a drawing point. Unfortunately, we had to wait until morning to have the work done. In all fairness it was 9pm when we called. The door was fixed 13 hours later and the service man was very good. Thank you.

Service was excellent. I needed to open garage door for movers to get access to house and it wouldn't move at all. I called the name on the door (people who originally installed it), and they couldn't come until I was out of town, so I googled and this name came up. They came in a few hours and did a great job!
