IMPRESSED ALL AROUND!! A++++++++++ DOUG called immediately and said 30 minutes until arrival. He arrived in 30 minutes. He gave an explanation of all that was wrong and what it would cost. He worked diligently to fix it BEYOND OUTSTANDING. (This year 2000 door has ALWAYS made TERRIBLE LOUD NOISES as it opens.) After Doug worked on it, it works BETTER THAN IN ENTIRE LAST 13 YEARS. I have to tell you that I had booked an appointment for 4:30-6:30 with another company, and they called at 5:30 to say THEY WOULD NOT BE COMING TODAY. Then I called ANOTHER COMPANY. The Technician said his girlfriend had made plans for them, and he could not make it TODAY. When I asked about 24/7 service and if there was another technician, he said I am one of the FAMILY OWNERS of the COMPANY and it will be TOMORROW EARLIEST. Anyway-I was IMPRESSED that I called PRECISION at 8 pm and they booked me for 9-11pm and ACTUALLY FOLLOWED THROUGH. I also like the Galaxy Pad for signing, and the instant email of the bill. Thank You for MAKING MY DAY wih your BEYOND OUTSTANDING service and CONGRATULATIONS to Technician Doug for a job well done!

I set up the appointment and was totally surprised when the service technician told me he would come to my home after 8:00 PM. I work 2 jobs and it is difficult to have anything done. He was sitting in front of my house waiting for me when I pulled in. I was waiting for the enormous charge and was in shock when the cost was minimal. I was browsing online seeking for garage door repair co. I saw your ad. I like the fact that you provide same day service, background on technicians and company and the fact that you have various locations. I called in the morning and I was given an appointment the same day. Your technician, Richard came on time as scheduled. Although repair was not done, I need a new track,he offered to repair damage track. I don't mind wait for couple more days. He explained repair to be done and gave me an estimate. I'm looking forward to have my garage door repaired by your tech. For that I give you 4stars. I'm sure service will be of high quality.

My garage door seemed unresponsive to the remote door opener. I wasn't anle to close the door. I was concerned that this would turn into an expensive repair since the door was fairly old. Tim spotted the problem in two minutes. Apparently it was a minor adjustment to the Sensor. It was fixed in 60 seconds and all I had To pay was a $15 fuel charge. He was courteous and took the time to explain it to me. I will call them again when the need arises
