The reason I called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was because the company I usually used said they could not make for at least 7 Days! I called Precision and from the phone call til a very qualified and nice technician (Eric Dennison) arrived was 3 hrs. Erics assessment and pricing was spot on with what I expected. Eric's work was done in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their services! I definitely give this experience a 5 star rating!

Dear Sir: On April 3 I had Precision come in to replace a broken spring. The tech recommended I also replace the other unbroken one and I followed through and even purchased the package coverage that guaranteed all moving parts which he checked out for 3 years. I spent $424 and felt confident that I made the right choice for the repair. Unfortunately in less than 10 days from then, my garage door would not open. Precision's tech returned and now tells me that my motor is not functioning. I have to say that this is no coincidence as I am now being quoted an additional $500 to replace a motor that was functioning all along. I have researched the issue and sincerely believe that the tension applied to the springs to offset the weight of the door was not properly calibrated at installation and has consequently resulted in exceeding the motor's capacity thus resulting in its failure This is of major inconvenience to me, not to mention the cost I am facing in a 2 week period of time. This is obviously not a coincidence. I request that Precision do the right thing and replace my motor and guarantee the work performed at no cost to me. I await your response.

I should said that Sean , reinstalled the new garage door! I have several issues which the door that another technician hanged ytterbium door wrongly! When Sean arrives and I expleined the points , he new right there what to do! Thank you Sean for understand and re- install the door the proper way. He was courteous and professional , I was very please with his work. This company has an excellent customer service, rapid response and good prices. I like the fact that Jim the owners does reviews and talk to the customers . I will recommend Precision and also will request Sean for future needs , if there is a need.

Awesome company. We had our garage door replaced a year ago & that was a great experience so we went back when our door stopped half way up. Noah replaced our motor today. It's amazing that they carry everything in their truck. I was very impressed with how quickly he installed the new motor. I will keep coming back for any garage door needs. very professional service from the beginning. started with a phone call, someone answering, asking the right questions, to email appt. confirmation. then technician calling 30min. before the scheduled appt. tech. came in a professional van, was thorough in checking the functionality and condition of the garage door. he explained the exact cost and fixed the door within 30min. very good professional company.....don't bother calling around shopping or comparing prices....these guys are fair and professional.

I chose Precision Door because they were sensitive to my situation that my cars were trapped and we could not go to work. They responded quickly. I had already contacted another well-known company and they could not service my door in a reasonable amount of time, so I contacted Precision. The technician I had was Alex B. and he handled his job in a very professional manner and was able to get the door open so we could get our cars out. The door required some major repair which he did and showed great concern as to how the door was working before he left.

new springs for my garage door. I chose Precision because I wanted the high cycle spring replacements as I was informed these would last a minimum of 15 years.. Technician Hector was polite,professional and courteous. He knew exactly what I was looking for & installed it quickly. He gave a full explanation of its operation etc. Only thing other than above which I requested was that the receipt be mailed to me as I don;t have a printer which can print emails. I am told receipt will be put in the mail today. Thank you Precision for fine service. I shall recommend you to friends etc
