I have needed a new garage door for years, and I kept putting it off for many reasons, cost being a major consideration, but also I needed to find a reputable garage door company. My online search for a garage door lead me to Precision, and I now know that I made an excellent decision! It wasn't cheap, but with a lifetime guarantee and excellent service, I think I got a great deal! My techs were Sean and Jo-el, and both were courteous and professional. Took 5 weeks from the original estimate, but the guy who came out to price the door warned me of that so no big deal. I am a satisfied customer!

After having 2 appontments with SEARS to have the garage door opener installed, BOTH noshow, no phone calls, no satisfaction, it was a pleasure to see PRECISION arrive 5 minutes before the appointment time. Last night our garage door severely racked off its tracks by a toad getting stuck in the track. Called Precsion in the morning and they had a tech here by 1:00 (on time). Alex was very professional and friendly. Within two hours the door was completely rebuilt and far better than new.
