The professionalism and service was excellent. I called in on a Saturday afternoon(July 4th weekend) and Precision scheduled a service call Sunday morning, no extra charge. Bobby was the service representative that was assigned. He was prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgable. As he had indicated he had been doing garage service for 16 years. What would have taken me a day after after a week of hunting down the parts, he did in an hour and half. I would certainly recommend Precision for any of your garage door needs.
