Mrs. Sherman, I am terribly sorry for any confusion. We will always honor any warranty given by Precision Door Service. Unfortunately, changing the light bulb on your garage door opener is a homeowner's responsibility and is not a warranty issue. Although we did come out this time and changed your bulb at no charge, next time you will have to make other arrangements. Thank you for your business!

Technician Eric came to our home on 10/31/2014. He was very professional and patient in answering all of our questions and concerns. Very knowledgeable. Gave us his recommendations and did an excellent job with the repairs. Now, my garage door opens and we do not even hear it that's how good the repairs were made. I am very glad I contacted Precision for my garage door repair. I will definitely will be contacting them in the future and will recommend them to friends and families.

Found Precision Door ad in a local home magazine. Read through the reviews and decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed. I called at 10:15am and was given a window of 11:00am- 1:00pm. Alex gave me a call when he was 15 mins. away. Alex was very polite and professional, and gave me a complete rundown of what needed to be done. Springs were installed and door was adjusted in one hour. I plan on upgrading my door to a wind load rated door in the very near future and will not hesitate to use Precision Door again.

From start to finish, Precision Garage Door company was courteous and professional. Our old door quit working and their service technician Eric came promptly and did the inspection. We needed to replace the door and chose Precision based on their add to check other customers comments and their quality workmanship. The installers Sean & and Hector arrived and completed the work as promised. They even told me how to maintain the door to keep it in good running condition! I laughingly told Dawn in the office who set everything up that we benefited twice since our garage needed to be cleaned and cleared to allow room for the install, Resulting in a beautiful and quiet door plus a garage that can be used again. Service was impeccable, Bobby was right on time, called ahead and explained everything he was doing and why. I came to Precision because of the reviews and others' positive experience and I would definitely recommend them myself. If I had any concern it would be the cost of the new opener that I needed, but if you figure it would cost a couple hundred more anyway to get someone knowledgeable to install such a retail-bought opener, plus the cost of a service call, the extra cost is an acceptable trade-off for less hassle.
