Good day, I was pulling into my driveway when I saw a Precision truck driving by. I backed out and chased the truck down the block, lol. Bob introduced himself and I informed him that my garage door was working intermittently. He immediately came back to my home with me and I pointed out the problem-my springs were cracked. Bob repaired by springs in less than 30 minutes! Bob was very professional, courteous, friendly and polite! I am so grateful that Bob replaced by springs-everything work perfectly now! Thank you so much. Beverly, Weston, FL

Great service and quick turnaround. Our car was trapped in the garage. We appreciated the immediate service. Hector replaced the defective parts and had our car liberated in no time. He was very professional and took pride in his work. We purchased the life time warranty as we do not want to have any more worries and hassles with our garage door.

Noah was a good guy. He was very fair and did the job professionally, and he gave me the feeling that he did care about the job he was performing. I will be asking for Noah when the time comes for a service call on my new opener. It was not a good day for me and Noah was very respectful of that.... Thanks man.

Thanks for your prompt service in being available to send someone out the day I called. Your email confirmation of the appointment and the photo of Noah was amazing - I've never received that communication from any other company. Noah was professional and explained what needed to be repaired as well as what needed to be replaced. When he finished, our garage door worked like a charm.

Alex was very professional, listened to the number of issues we were having with the garage door, (bouncing up after closing, squeaking, belt kept turning) and within half-an-hour all the issues went away. We now have a door that is quiet once again and closes correctly.
