The person who answered the phone was courteous and efficient. She gave me a time of arrival of the technician as 9PM to 11PM and explained the service charges. Eric, the technician arrived more than two hours earlier than promised and was efficient, courteous and was able to correct our problem and we were very pleased. He was cordial and well represented your company. Kudos to Eric and Precision.

First, you responded quickly to my problem. Robert Rivera came over and presented us with 2 options which I appreciated since I know very little about garage doors. We chose an option and Robert quickly responded and set up an installation time. The work seemed very good and he seemed to be a real "stand up" guy. I would like to say thanks for a great job on installing my new garadge door.... The experience started with a courtisy call for a 30 min arrival time they showed up in 20 min.then the guys got out of truck and professionaly introduced themselves, then asked if I understood what I was getting which I appreciate I have had contractor's start a job an half way through say something was not in contract which put me in a bad corner.. The men then got started there was 2 men and they just seem to know exactly what the other was doing which made for a very efficient install, really made me comfortable. Upon completion the lead guy came to me for a inspection and asked me if everything was what I expected. Perfect job, I am very pleased with the entire experience.
