I had original garage door openers over 14 years old...they started acting up so I called "Precision doors...and they are expert in what they do.... the uniforms, the trucks everything was spot on!....Recommended replacing the door springs as well, which were quite rusty...and the openers, the sensors and door springs were installed fast!....love the new garage door openers ...many advances have been made from the vinyl belt drive to the quiet motor to the nice touchpads and remote controls....all are excellent and the service was outstanding! ....the highest recommendations! can't go wrong with this company... they are the best there is.

I was glad that someone came out to service the door on the day I called in but was disappointed in the amount charged. I was told when I called there would be an $89.00 for the home service call, but that woul go towards the repair. The technician was very polite and we were told they just needed a lube and tune on my 2 doors, which is what he did. He was there maybe, 20 to 30 minutes and when he was done the charge was $189.00. I think that is very high for spraying some lubricant on the runners of the doors.

Technician Eric came to our home on 10/31/2014. He was very professional and patient in answering all of our questions and concerns. Very knowledgeable. Gave us his recommendations and did an excellent job with the repairs. Now, my garage door opens and we do not even hear it that's how good the repairs were made.
