I appreciated seeing the positive reviews on the website and was convinced to work with Precision because the initial service call charge was lower than the competitors. The service agent was thoroughly professional, and was extremely helpful and efficient. I was impressed with his manners and direct, honest and respectful engagement with me. I am very pleased with my new garage door and opener!

Once I sent in an e-mail request on a Sunday night and they responded within 15 minutes, I knew I was dealing with a professional company. The technician called me multiple times to let me know of his progress and he was very cordial. I was his last stop of the day and he still arrived within the promised window.

I called after 9:00 pm on Saturday night and the phone was answered promptly by Christina. Although she was unable to schedule me for Sunday, she did get an appointment for me on Monday, between the hours of 1 and 5. Noah called me about 20 minutes prior to his arriving and he was at my home by 1:30 in the afternoon. He was very pleasant and not only took care of my broken spring, but checked the rest of the door to make sure I would not have any problems in later months. I was very satisfied with the service provided by Precision.

5 Stars for the performance of this company from my initial call to schedule an appointment to the on time arrival of my technician Alex Beekhuysen. Every step has been flawless and professional. Looking forward to my new garage door, opener, remote and keypad. I took a chance from the yellow pages and it definitely was the right choice. Thank You

Unbelievable!!! We found you through Google and checking references online. The entire framework of the garage door opening system had torn away from the wall above the door. I was able to disconnect it and close it by hand. Within less than an hour after my phone call to you your technician Noah was at the door. Smart, well spoken and within the hour the entire repair was done. Your advance detail telling us who would be coming to do the work and even sending a photo so we knew what he looked like certainly inspired confidence. 5 Stars is the maximum, but whether you like it or not, your service was certainly 5½!!!

I must say I'm very impressed with this company. Very professional, knowledgeable, polite and efficient. I was given my options in an honest way (and seriously there are not many places I can say that about). Bobby was my technician and he quickly took care of the problem with a smile on his face, and even though this is not a situation that makes one happy - I was left feeling quite confident in my decision to use Precision.
