I had a broken spring but the technician also serviced the door/opener. The door went from being loud and rattly to whisper quiet and smooth. He was prompt, courtious, and thouroughly explained the options and costs available to fix and service the door.

I got your name off of the internet. I searched garage door repair in Boca Raton Florida. You had a specific number for just Boca and advertised same day service, so I called. The woman that answered the phone was friendly, and assured me someone would be to my home between 8 and 12. I new the spring was broken because it had happened before. Bobby (Roberto?) was the technician. He gave me options, explained things clearly, came on time and was professional. I took the lifetime warranty option. Bobby was finished in an hour, demonstrated and explained the repair. An excellent experience all the way around.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Precision. Their appointment confirmation email contained a picture of the technician who was coming to my home. This gave me some peace of mind knowing who to expect. I never seen this practice before. I wish more service companies would follow this practice. The garage door now opens almost silently.
