Roberto (Bobby) was very thorough in explaining my options related to just replacing my broken spring versus a more complete service to replace the other worn parts on the door. Once I made my decision, he made the repairs quickly and made sure that I was 100% satisfied with what was done. The only other comment I would like to make is that on the website it should be more clearly noted that the special offer email coupon can not be combined with the advertised Seniors, First Responders or Military discounts.

I chose Precision from my google search as they advertised "repair" and "same day service" both of which were important to us. We had our garage door springs and bolts/wheels replaced. The service man was very knowledgeable, pleasant and capable. He kept me informed of each step and left us with a safe and secure operating garage door.

Roberto showed up quickly, within 2 hours of my call. My garage door was severely racked. (Crooked, twisted and off the track. The door was stuck half way open and wouldn't move up or down. He informed me of all the options to repair or replace the door. I went with the option of repairing the racked door and installing all new moving parts and springs. The door now looks like nothing happened and operates smoothly and quietly. Roberto was very knowledgeable and experienced and fixed my door in a little over an hour. He is the best. I would not hesitate to use Precision again in the future if needed.

Hello, My name is Daisy Velez, I had a door installed by your company back in July, 2013. I had a small situation arise with the permit and the City of Margate. Recently, I received a letter from the City that my permit was due to expire in Dec, 2013. I was quite concerned because I was told by one of your technicians, back in July, that it would be taken care of and that I did not have to do anything. When I called Precision last week (Nov,2013)I had the pleasure of speaking with Tiffany, who at the very beginning of our conversation had made me feel comforted and reassured that everything will be ok and will be taken care of. Tiffany showed compassion towards my sense of fear on the phone. Tiffany kept in constant contact with me the entire time until the job was corrected and the inspection was completed. She should be commended for the exceptional job she portrayed while on the phone with me. I believe Tiffany is definitely an asset to your company. She has wonderful Customer Service skills; I thank her wholeheartedly for all she did for me. Eric D (a young gentleman) was the technician that came out to correct the problem (fasteners missing on the top right bracket). As Eric walked up to my door he had the most genuine smile and greeted me with such pleasantness. I opened the garage door, he looked at the bracket, read the Violation Notice, and said this is not a problem I will take care of it. In less than minutes he was done. He was so very polite, the kindness he showed was impeccable. Again, I commend Eric D. for his exceptional customer service skills.
