The reason for the comments is to inform you of the friendly, professional and informative treatment I received from the service representative Sean. Sean kept me informed as to everything he was doing to repair the garage door. He was very friendly and very professional. In todays work force many employees have personal problems in there lives that effect there job performance, however it was a pleasure to see and speak with a employee that is totally focused on his job. The technicians took the time to show me the other damage that was done due to the broken spring. Witch I did not see. They preformed all the repaired work needed.
