I called Precision for a quote on either a new door or to have the existing mechanics of my current door replaced. I must say, I didn't expect such a kind, courteous and knowledgable person to arrive. I have received other quotes so far and have another scheduled for Thursday this week, but the feelings of comfort I received from Alex B. makes it all the more easier to tell the companies I met so far no. Alex was a true craftsman. He had the knowledge and tools to complete the job in a reasonable amount of time. After he left we could not figure how to open the door. We called him and after he finished with his customer which was late at night he returned and very patiently showed us again how to open and close the door. We will definitely call your company when we have any problems in the future.

Tech did an outstanding job, was very timely in the install everything looks and was great. After he left I didn't even have a business card to thank him and the company email was from "management" ? And also the other invoice email didn't have the attachment so I would have a copy of my bill. Technology is great, but a card and receipt would have also been.
