I chose Precision having read the reviews. Eric from Precision called us to tell when he would be at at home....and what do you know...he was on time! Eric was friendly and professional. He saw the apparent problem immediately, but still took the time to thoroughly inspect the garage door and all its components. He did the repair quickly and then lubed and the moving parts. He stuck to the quote. No extra fees. The best part of this experience was that my wife and I both agree that the garage door now works better and is a lot quieter than it was when it was new. I got your name off of the internet. I searched garage door repair in Boca Raton Florida. You had a specific number for just Boca and advertised same day service, so I called. The woman that answered the phone was friendly, and assured me someone would be to my home between 8 and 12. I new the spring was broken because it had happened before. Bobby (Roberto?) was the technician. He gave me options, explained things clearly, came on time and was professional. I took the lifetime warranty option. Bobby was finished in an hour, demonstrated and explained the repair. An excellent experience all the way around.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Precision. Their appointment confirmation email contained a picture of the technician who was coming to my home. This gave me some peace of mind knowing who to expect. I never seen this practice before. I wish more service companies would follow this practice. The garage door now opens almost silently. It's never been that quiet. I'm sure my neighbors are thrilled since I leave for work very early. The technician left my garage as clean as it was when he arrived and took all of the packing materials with him.
