We had a great experience with Precision, after a not so great experience with another company. Our tech Roberto kept in touch with us to let us know exactly when he would arrive. He was knowledgable professional and thorough. The lifetime warrenty that Precision offers really gave us confidence in the level of work they provide.

Excellent, speedy, same day service. Technician explained everything and did an outstanding job. He even cleaned up after himself, without any need for me to clean up after him. Very professional and an excellent representative for your company. I will recommend your services to anyone requiring garage door repairs.

Bobby was great. He called a couple of times prior to the appointment just to let me know his ETA. He got everything installed in just under an hour, and gladly explained everything to me. The Precision 800 opener is whisper quiet and works great. No more lifting that heavy door myself!

Your technician Bobbie was prompt, knowledgable, professional courteous and had us up and working with a new remote garage opener in less than 10 minutes. He and I both remarked what a great job Richard did on our garage door mechanism install four months ago. The door is so QUIET! And works like a charm every time. Thanks again for sending out another "A-plus"service technician to address our garage door needs.

Alex was a true craftsman. He had the knowledge and tools to complete the job in a reasonable amount of time. After he left we could not figure how to open the door. We called him and after he finished with his customer which was late at night he returned and very patiently showed us again how to open and close the door. We will definitely call your company when we have any problems in the future.

I called Precision for a quote on either a new door or to have the existing mechanics of my current door replaced. I must say, I didn't expect such a kind, courteous and knowledgable person to arrive. I have received other quotes so far and have another scheduled for Thursday this week, but the feelings of comfort I received from Alex B. makes it all the more easier to tell the companies I met so far no. I thank you as Alex knew many things, explained a lot to me and was very helpful. I will be in contact soon.

Was very helpful in explaining what we need to do to fix the problem. After explaining to us the cost of the work involved he went about the job of installing the new opener and repairing the door. Everything went smooth and was performed quickly and to the highest level. He has assured your company that any future issues with our garage door will be handled do your company.
