I called Premier to fix my broken garage door opener. When the technician did his free service inspection, he showed me that my door had the wrong springs installed. He gave me three options to fix the issue, so we went with the new Opener, Springs, Drums and Rollers. When I got home and put the code into the keypad, I thought I had the wrong code because I didn't hear the door open. I didn't realize that the door was already halfway open! The Precision garage door opener is almost completely silent! In fact, my door is actually louder than the opener. I am amazed by the quality of the door and the Precision brand; the service was outstanding as well. I would highly recommend Precision.

Excellent service. Doug was very quick and informative. Would definitely recommend the company to others. The only reason for not giving 4 stars is that I just noticed my online invoice is not longer available and therefore I have no history... this is definitely something that should be fixed so that the customer has a permanent record.

Our call to your staff instilled confidence within minutes - patient, knowledgeable, courteous! Call back and confirmation was impressive as was web site; Richard Perez called half hour before arrival and was earlier than expected. He explained all that was wrong and completed job within 45 minutes with full explanation of what was done; he also recommended "tune-up" service 2-3 times annually to keep doors operating at peak efficiency. We never expected such a professional experience from an "insert advertisement" received a few months earlier - glad we kept it!
