Richard ‘Alex’ U was very nice and very professional. Alex called to let me know he was going to be a little late. When he arrived he was very polite and looked at the garage door and knew right away what the problem was. He gave me an estimate to fix it and to install a new door opener. He got right to work and had it all fixed. He helped me sync the opener with my car. Great job thanks!!!

Technician (Thomas Wich) did an excellent job repairing our garage doors. I will ask for him when I call Precision if they are ever needed again in my home. Service call was made at 8:13, and (just as promised) technician called at 9:43 to advise he would arrive in 35 minutes, which was in the first part of the 10:00 - noon window committed to by the company.
