I was having a problem opening and closing my garage door. I contacted.Precision Door Service because of all of their 5 star reviews and the comments by their satisfied customers. It was easy for me to contact Precision online. I got a call back soon after from a lady who was helpful and professional. She scheduled an appointment on the day and time range I requested. The technician who would be doing the job was Julio Rodriguez. Along with his name, I was sent his picture and background information on his experience doing this type of work. Julio called me on the morning of his appt, notifying me that he could come earlier if I wanted. I said that I did, and he arrived earlier than the originally scheduled time range. Precision had a tracking system where I could see his location as he approached. When Julio arrived, he was appropriately addressed with his name on his shirt, I recognized him from the picture that was provided, so I felt sure I was letting the right person in the house. He checked out the garage door system, identified the problem and made some suggestions. He showed me on his computer and explained different options, never pressuring me to take any of them. When I made a choice, he already had the equipment in his truck, and immediately went to work, finishing in a reasonable amount of time. He showed me the changes he made, how to use them and patiently answered my questions. Julio was professional. Soon after he left, I received follow up messages from Precision, in particularly from their President, which indicates to me that they care about the complete satisfaction of their customers. Based on all of the above, I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

I had my new garage door installed in December 2024 (8 months ago) by Precision Door. Now it was more noisy and the technician fixed everything. Jose (the technician) was punctual and he called while on his way. He found the problem and solved in a quick and professional way, explaining everything to me in a very nice way. Our 23-year-old garage door spring broke and Precision sent a technician, Mike, who arrived within 2 hours. Mike was friendly, personable and professional, replaced the spring and upgraded the rollers as well, which made the door much quieter (as he said it would). I chose Precision Door because the garage door company I used years ago apparantly is out of business. I was lucky to Google Precision Door and luckier to get Mike Gervais as my service man. Mike was prompt, professional, curteous, and highly competent. He installed new springs, bolts (I think), and new nylon rollers. I recommend Precision Door for any garage door work.
