Although Prince & Mitch seemed to do an excellent job with the installation of my new garage door, I was not pleased when it came time to pay!!! There was too much confusion when I was prepared to pay the balance due, Mitch had to call Lety so that she could try to explain it to me. She also sent email to me that included “a missing invoice” ~ after this almost 3 hour visit, I’m still confused & just feeling as if I’ve paid too much for what I got!

Lance came to our home in Coral Springs where a Spring had broke - upon further inspection all 4 Springs had to be replaced - the install was difficult as the old parts were very difficult to remove.
