As I was leaving the house and closed garage I noticed that door would not go all the way down and then return up. I noticed a hanging cable. I called Precision at around 9:40 am on Saturday and Merrick showed up around 1:30. He walked me through the problem and pointed out a few other issues that would need attention as well. He did a great job. Provided pix of his repairs, he was courteous and professional and pleasant. I’m very pleased.

I was having a problem opening and closing my garage door. I contacted.Precision Door Service because of all of their 5 star reviews and the comments by their satisfied customers. It was easy for me to contact Precision online. I got a call back soon after from a lady who was helpful and professional. She scheduled an appointment on the day and time range I requested. The technician who would be doing the job was Julio Rodriguez. Along with his name, I was sent his picture and background information on his experience doing this type of work. Julio called me on the morning of his appt, notifying me that he could come earlier if I wanted. I said that I did, and he arrived earlier than the originally scheduled time range. Precision had a tracking system where I could see his location as he approached. When Julio arrived, he was appropriately addressed with his name on his shirt, I recognized him from the picture that was provided, so I felt sure I was letting the right person in the house. He checked out the garage door system, identified the problem and made some suggestions. He showed me on his computer and explained different options, never pressuring me to take any of them. When I made a choice, he already had the equipment in his truck, and immediately went to work, finishing in a reasonable amount of time. He showed me the changes he made, how to use them and patiently answered my questions. Julio was professional. Soon after he left, I received follow up messages from Precision, in particularly from their President, which indicates to me that they care about the complete satisfaction of their customers. Based on all of the above, I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.
