Jose, the technician who worked on the garage door, was a courteous, knowledgeable, experienced repair person who can to my house on time with my previous 2002 garage door paperwork. He checked and addressed the issues, as: needing repair, replacement, or just adjustments. He based this on age and wear of the garage door parts how often I used the doors. . He told me the motor was the original and should be replaced as it was the original, but I could wait. I did wait He did what we decided on put in new lamps showed me how to lift the door in an emergency and left within an hour. Precision and staff are the best. I highly recommend them.

The client of a new property I sold requested a price estimate for an impact door. Ashly, who was very professional and personal, took my call to schedule. A list of available time slots was provided. Once set, I received a text and an email to confirm the appointment. On the day of the appointment, as promised, I received a call from the service person with eta. Martin Owens arrived and introduced himself to my client and me. A text was sent confirming his arrival with a photo and bio of his professionalism, which would provide validation of the person. The measurements were taken, and door options were supplied to the client. As a Realtor in the market for 46 years, I am very impressed with the communication and service of this company

On 3/17/2025 I contacted precision door company to visit my home to repair my garage door rollers. Precision door company scheduled me the same day. So awesome! Service man was great despite not knowing our equipment well. The billing process is not great. There is too much focus on trying to sell additional features or charge more fora garage door reset that takes 5 minutes.

I enjoyed the convenience of online booking for my appointment and was able to book for the following day 10 – 12 time period. The tech called at 11:15 and said that the previous job was bigger than expected and he would have to pass my appointment on to another tech in the 12-2 time period. The new technician called about 15 minutes before arrival and on his arrival inspected the broken spring and gave me three options at different price points for the repair. He explained the difference between them and offered good advice. I chose the most thorough and as a result the most expensive. He worked quickly and efficiently, reviewed the work with me and gave advice on maintenance I could perform. All an all a good experience and I would recommend Precision Garage in the future.

My service call could not have been better. I am not the ideal customer, only owning a home with a garage for less than three years and being tech challenged. When I first moved into my house, Precision came and had to replace the motor. Everything has worked perfectly since then until yesterday. The door wouldn’t close. The technician who came could not have been more helpful. Eyron is skilled, courteous and professional. He corrected my problem quickly and then spent time with me explaining the information needed to safely operate the door. I could not recommend Precision more highly. We made a service request on a Saturday morning because our garage door was completely inoperable, and our vehicles were inside the garage. We scheduled for afternoon on Saturday and Adrian showed up right on time, replaced our broken springs and gave us a tune-up on the rest of the door. He was very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. The cost was very fair. 100% we will be calling them for our future needs.

Everything was done ok but the prices are overinflated. The tech did a great job. The company has overinflated prices and they try to add on as much as possible.
