What a quality experience from beginning to end. I called another company first, who promised a return call in twenty minutes and never called back! I called Precision next, and had a technician scheduled within two hours. Willy arrived in less than two hours, diagnosed our problem, explained why it happened, and had it repaired in no time, leaving the garage like he found it! Professional, courteous, knowledgeable for sure. Willy was the best. Great company. Fantastic technician. Highly recommend Precision!

EYRON was on time, knowledgeable, polite and he left the work area neat and clean. He provided 'tips' for monthly maintenance and assured us that he was only a phone call away whenever we needed service again. Your employees are thee link that makes your company strong and I'd say Eyron is a valuable asset. I have removed the prior company's sticker from the inside of the door and taped Eyron's business card there instead. *** You may want to consider providing your technicians with 3x5 stickers containing contact info so the customer can easily find your Name and Phone number when it is needed. Horrible experience!!!!! They will tell you 250$ to fix your garage spring so that you will agree to the service then when they get to your house they will jack the price up to over 600$! If you deny the service they will charge you 89$ so basically no matter what it’s a win win for them because at the end of the day they are getting paid regardless!!! Life is hard on everyone economy is high for everyone for people to take 89$ from you

We saw Precision door service at the home show and took advantage of their show special to inspect our garage door We knew our opener was on its last legs Our hurricane proof door had been installed with only a 1/3 HP motor!. Merrick Gayle came out and gave us a good price for the new opener and replaced the rollers and bottom gasket and adjusted the door and tightened every nut on the door Our door is like new, low noise and it has all of the my Q features (camera, remote key pad and access via my Iphone) I highly recommend Merrick and Precision Door service

Two years ago I found Precision Garage based on google reviews for my elderly mom. We appreciated the the service then as her door had aged and needed parts replaced. Two years later, it seems there was a defect in the motor and it just stopped working. I called your company and within 2 hours we had service. Tyrone was our rep and he worked quickly and honestly. The motor was replaced at no cost as there is a lifetime warranty. We also appreciate how personable Tyrone is. You and Micah C. were kind enough to answer a few questions regarding my remote in the garage while you were both servicing 2 of my neighbors on different days. Merrick Gayle was very patient explaining what my options were. I had him replace the overhead system, etc. He explained what he was going to do before and then afterwards. He is a fine man and knows what he is doing. Please share this review with him. Also if I have a problem in the future, I would only want you, Micah or Merrick to service it. I am a stage 4 cancer patient and try to limit the stress when mechanical things need repair.
