I enjoyed the convenience of online booking for my appointment and was able to book for the following day 10 – 12 time period. The tech called at 11:15 and said that the previous job was bigger than expected and he would have to pass my appointment on to another tech in the 12-2 time period. The new technician called about 15 minutes before arrival and on his arrival inspected the broken spring and gave me three options at different price points for the repair. He explained the difference between them and offered good advice. I chose the most thorough and as a result the most expensive. He worked quickly and efficiently, reviewed the work with me and gave advice on maintenance I could perform. All an all a good experience and I would recommend Precision Garage in the future.

My service call could not have been better. I am not the ideal customer, only owning a home with a garage for less than three years and being tech challenged. When I first moved into my house, Precision came and had to replace the motor. Everything has worked perfectly since then until yesterday. The door wouldn’t close. The technician who came could not have been more helpful. Eyron is skilled, courteous and professional. He corrected my problem quickly and then spent time with me explaining the information needed to safely operate the door. I could not recommend Precision more highly. We made a service request on a Saturday morning because our garage door was completely inoperable, and our vehicles were inside the garage. We scheduled for afternoon on Saturday and Adrian showed up right on time, replaced our broken springs and gave us a tune-up on the rest of the door. He was very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. My garage door was not closing properly due to some old sensors, while my drive unit was past the recommended life time and some repairs had been made on it over the years. After Mr. Chris Bernard explained to me all my options, I chose to upgrade the whole system completely. It seem to be the most cost effective and all inclusive package. The young lady that took by call was polite, knowledgeable, and showed a sense of urgency for my need of a same day appointment to fix my door that was stuck in the open position with a broken cable. I called for service at 8:00 am and had a service person at my door at 10 am - amazing. The service person, Michael, recognized and diagnosed the problem immediately, also noticed several other impending safety concerns that needed to be addressed and he could fix while at the house if I wanted and quoted the cost before starting the work. He clearly knew what needed to be done, took time to show me where the problem areas were and then worked quickly and efficiently to replace the broken parts and repair the door, cleaning up after he was finished. No question about who we will call if there is a next time or who we will recommend to our friends and neighbors.
