Jose the technician arrived on time. He introduced himself and we discussed the need for a new keypad. We have used Precision for over 40 years starting in New York. Jose did the job explaining what he was doing and checked the total door also. He did a thorough job. He suggested a surge protector and I agreed to buy one. Jose was spectacular!

I called Precision based on a neighbor’s recommendation. I did not have an emergency situation but Tim came out the same day of my call. He performed a thorough review of the garage door mechanisms. I feel he fairly noted the “must do’s” versus the “maybe do’s”. I would use Precision again if needed and I would recommend them

Jose and Chris serviced my Opener. Replaced spring and bearings. They were very professional, courteous ,answered all my questions and quickly did the service. WHEN WILLIE OFFERED ME A FREE TUNE-UP AT THE FORT LAUDERDALE HOME SHOW AT MY NEW ADDRESS, I WAS VERY HAPPY TO ALLOW HIM TO CHECK OUT MY NEW DOOR BECAUSE I FELT THAT IT WAS EXCESSIVELY SQUEAKY / NOISY. HE LUBRICATED ALL OF THE WHEELS AND THE HINGES. NOW IT IS MUCH MORE QUIET
