This is my first time calling for a garage door repair. I'm extremely happy with the service, the on time schedule response. Julio was the assigned tech. He was very knowledgeable, friendly but professional. He explained what happened and how we can properly maintain the door going forward. Would definitely recommend this company.

What started with the keypad failing began the eventual failure of my garage door controls and the motor. I had used another company for annual servicing, but I had not been happy with the thoroughness and professionalism of them. Fortunately, I contacted Precision Door Service of South Florida [on its website] because I had remembered seeing the service vans in my area of Palm Beach County. I was given an appointment for the next day. Thanks to the professionalism, understanding of the multi problems with my existing system, Karter tackled each with equanimity and work ethics usually found in someone of greater experience and age. My system has been totally refreshed with much needed updated equipment and care. Oh, one more thing, what was supposed to pass as servicing with my former service was a joke compared to the detail given to the nuts and bolts thoroughness that 'Precision' j[Karter] performed. My technician came on time, was very professional, looked over my garage and recommended what I should have done. He showed me why my garage door would not open and replaced the code box along with servicing the entire set up. He also helped me reprogram and code for the garage door. I was very pleased with his entire visit.

Jose the tech was an outstanding ambassador for the company as was the tel. rep who scheduled my initial appointment, basically within a couple of hours of my call on a Saturday late morning! Technician confirmed and arrived on time and gave an excellent presentation and did an excellent job. But you will pay a premium. I discovered they are a franchise and if I was younger I'd definitely look at buying in.

Although Prince & Mitch seemed to do an excellent job with the installation of my new garage door, I was not pleased when it came time to pay!!! There was too much confusion when I was prepared to pay the balance due, Mitch had to call Lety so that she could try to explain it to me. She also sent email to me that included “a missing invoice” ~ after this almost 3 hour visit, I’m still confused & just feeling as if I’ve paid too much for what I got!

I called Precision Door because the door would not open. The garage door spring was broken. I called 10:00 AM on Saturday, Mike G from showed up Precision Door at 12:15. He was very courteous and professional. Went over everything need to do the repair, gave me an estimate for replacing both springs, we agreed on the price and he had the job completed by 1:30. Mike G. also went over what I should do to keep it maintained every other month. Mike G. was awesome and did a GREAT JOB.

Lance came to our home in Coral Springs where a Spring had broke - upon further inspection all 4 Springs had to be replaced - the install was difficult as the old parts were very difficult to remove. Lance stayed (2 day job) till the garage was perfect. Highly recommend Precision Garage for your garage needs!
