Based on his findings he presented solutions that would allow me to make an informed decision. Tyler then performed the complete rebuild of my garage door opening system. What remarkable service! I called on a VERY rainy SUNDAY because the very old garage door wouldn’t come down. Fortunate timing for me, a technician was there in a half hour (was given a two hour window to begin with). Let me just say, I think the garage door was the original Sears from 1974. And I had already chiseled away wood and banged on metal to try to fix it myself. Fortunately I hadn’t made it worse. My technician was remarkable! He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained it to me, gave me a quote, and in a hop skip and jump he had it fixed. Advised me that I should think about replacing the door and mechanism. And I will. This company is phenomenal. I highly highly recommend them.
