A cable for my garage door popped recently and I found Precision online. I called them and the company sent Jose out the next day. Jose was professional, courteous and completed the repair quickly. I saw an ad on Instagram and called. The lady I spoke with was very nice and professional and scheduled an appointment for the same day. Jose Espinoza arrived earlier than scheduled which was appreciated and he immediately surveyed what the problem(s) could be. He is very knowledgeable and professional and resolved our issue promptly. Tyler did a great job installing the new system as my circuit board was toast. The new belt drive system is much smoother and quieter than the old system. So if Tyler is your representative from Precision Door service you can be sure he can diagnose the problem and quickly fix the problem.

Excellent prompt service. I highly recommend this company. My garage door latch disconnected Thursday evening. I called a lake park company and they couldn’t repair the door until Tuesday. Then I called precision and they came out late this afternoon Saturday and fixed my garage door. Jose was the experienced technician who fixed my garage door and he represented Precision well.

They were extremely accommodating of my time. They came when they said. The technician was very nice and professional. He explained what he was going to do, in detail. He answered all my questions. He thoroughly examined my entire door, motor, etc .. He came up with three different options for me to choose from. The company honored their ad. The instillation was quick and well done. He showed me what he did and recommended things to do in order to extend the life of the door. The payment was flexible accepting credit cards, checks and cash. He removed all the old parts and left my garage cleaner than before he started.
