I called because of a garage door opener problem.I kinda knew the problem was with the computer board. The operator said our techs have a stocked truck. I knew your company cannot stock the 1000's of boards, but thought you could order one and replace the old one. Your tech checked to see if the outlet was functional (which I already checked, and told him it was fine) and confirmed I would need a board. He stated that your company doesn't replace computer boards and pushed to sell a new motor for $800.00 When I said no, he pushed again for a sale of $159 for a tune up. Again I declined and just took it on the chin for $89, for absolutely nothing. Very disappointed in your company. It just seemed like your employee had dollar signs before his eyes and how much can I get.

Their associate, Tyler arrived on time and texted once the day prior and then again before the appt to let us know that he was on his way. Door was not closing, and opener showed a force bypass msg. Crew arrived as scheduled (same day service!) and made some small adjustments to the door. All works well now. 90 day warranty helpful.

The experience from start to finish was one of the best service technician experiences I have had. Tommy was efficient, knowledgeable about the product, respectful, organized and explained all the options very well. I replaced the motor, belt drive, springs, rollers and remotes. He got on with the work we agreed, completed it all as indicated, and explained it all when done. Hat's off to Tommy and this company. I will definitely use them again whenever needed.

Karter came to me early on a Saturday morning. When he texted to say he was coming he told me he was stopping for coffee & did I want any. Honestly, how many service peeps have ever asked you if you want coffee? Well, it just got better & better once he arrived. He came ONLY to replace the weather stripping that was 13 years old & rotted. He then some asked if he could make some adjustments so my garage door operated more quietly & reduce the life span of the motor. Of course he told me the cost of what he was doing before he did it, which I approved. He cleaned up after himself & removed all the old parts. I've had many, many service techs come to my house & NONE were as courteous & professional as Karter. He is a young man who will succeed in whatever he decided to do. Thank you Karter.

Called Saturday afternoon to report our garage door stopped working. Call center professional was very friendly and our technician called us with his ETA. Upon his arrival he was warm and friendly. He accessed the situation and shared everything with us, including his proposal to repair our door. After reviewing his detailed estimate he wasted no time working to fix our door. Once finished he cleaned up and left the place looking better than when he found it. He also showed us how to perform some basic maintenance on the door to extend the doors life. You could see this guy loved his job, took pride in what he did and the brand he represented. We were his last appointment of the day, and his enthusiasm and energy resembled that of just starting his day. Love this guy! Thank you!

One of our Garage door springs snapped today rendering the garage door inoperable. Willie R from Precision came to do the repair/replacement. He was efficient, pleasant and extremely knowledgeable.
