Excellent company that truly cares about their customers. Merrick was my install rep who explained everything and showed me how to use the product. It took awhile to get the camera hooked up to my phone , but Merrick stayed in the hot garage sweating until we got it right and I understood how easy it is to use. And the Cutomer Service Rep, was very nice She scheduled a Tech for early Saturday morning and the Tech was Tyler W, who showed up at 6:15 am ready to go, he have me three recommendations, so We decided on the full Repairs, priced Reasonably with a Vet, discount. Tyler was very respectful and courteous of property. I Will recommend Precision Services to Friends or anyone in need of Garage Door Repairs.
