Highly Recommend! I couldn't be more happy with my decision to hire Precision Door West Palm. From the initial phone call through having a technician dispatched to my home, they were super professional. My technician Tyler was Exceptional! He sets the standard to which all garage door professionals should follow! Tyler took the time to become familiar with my garage door opening system, and how I used it, to systematically diagnose what was preventing the door from opening. Based on his findings he presented solutions that would allow me to make an informed decision. Tyler then performed the complete rebuild of my garage door opening system. At the end of his install he walked me through the entire system, and explained everything he had done. As a business owner myself, I offer my highest recommendation to Precision Door, truly professional.

I called late on a Thursday and our appointment was scheduled first AM on Friday, excellent. Tyler, your rep, was awesome, efficient, professional, and very personable. He did not try to sell us anything we didn’t need. This is our second experience with Precision and I would highly recommend them.

I have had on and off issues with my garage door and the company I was using was not fixing the problem. A friend said try these guys they are amazing. She was correct. Michael looked at the door, accessed the situation and got to work. Not only does the door open AND close now it sounds amazing. Thank you Michael!

Our Technician was Joey. He arrived on time and was very professional. We had scheduled a garage door tune-up. He found the door to be in good shape but the motor needed to be replaced. He offered 3 options and explained each. We chose the 1st option and he had what he needed on his truck. Within two hours the job was completed. We are very satisfied with the service we received.

You know, when you have an issue with your car or your a/c or your water system? Have no fears when you call these people for your garage door issues. They were pros from the first call to the text to the evaluation, the recommendations, and so on. They handled everything so well. Jose, the Tech that they sent to me was terrific. He explained everything thoroughly, gave me great options, tips and most importantly, my door was fixed at a fair price. Can't recommend them higher!

What remarkable service! I called on a VERY rainy SUNDAY because the very old garage door wouldn’t come down. Fortunate timing for me, a technician was there in a half hour (was given a two hour window to begin with). Let me just say, I think the garage door was the original Sears from 1974. And I had already chiseled away wood and banged on metal to try to fix it myself. Fortunately I hadn’t made it worse. My technician was remarkable! He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained it to me, gave me a quote, and in a hop skip and jump he had it fixed. Advised me that I should think about replacing the door and mechanism. And I will. This company is phenomenal. I highly highly recommend them.
