This is the second time I've used your company. Everyone is courteous, polite, and professional. I called at 8:10 am and the service tech was here at 9:30 am. Jose Espinoza was polite, looked at the problem, and told me what was wrong, what it would take to fix it, and the cost. Once done he pointed out that the bottom seal on the door needed replacing. I authorized the fix which was done quickly.

I called Precision at around 9:40 am on Saturday and Merrick showed up around 1:30. He walked me through the problem and pointed out a few other issues that would need attention as well. Almost an immediate response on a Su day afternoon! Garage door was slipping down. Made the call and within an hour or so Prince, the very professional and knowledgeable tech had the door running perfectly. He answered all the questions, and even asked about my concerns.
