I was also extremely pleased with the two technicians who came to my house yesterday, Chris and Phil (I believe). They were courteous, so efficient, knew what they were doing, did it with a smile, and explained everything to me. Using Precision Door has been an excellent choice! Thank you!

To add to a very positive experience: My Tech: Scott, was first rate. He explained the problem and solution in an appropriate way. He completed the R & R of my expired opener, and the runners. It is a few days and I am very satisfied with the outcome on all points. I highly recommend Precision. Don't take a chance of getting an inferior outcome. The garage door now is virtually silent and works perfectly.
