I am very pleased with the services and completed work of Precision. The office personnel did a nice job, were pleasant and answered all of my questions. Technician Tyler Wakefield kept me informed of his arrival. He did a complete analysis of our garage door and opener before he gave us recommendations to consider as solutions. By listening to our concerns, he gave us 2 solutions to consider. With a couple of questions answered we chose one of the 2 solutions, since it was exactly what we needed to fix our garage opener and door. He did not overwhelm us with options so it was easy to make a decision. However, he was clear that if we wanted further options he would provide them. He completed the work in a timely manner and then met with us to go over the work. Tyler was very pleasant and professional as he completed the analysis and work. Purchased a Lift Master Door opener in 2021 from D&D. Called D&D for service and stated it was the opener, and the service receptionist did not know if they could fix it. A friend referred me to Precision, they fixed it. Simple as that, D&D sells them, but can't fix them, Go Figure? Thank You Tyrone, he knew his Lift Master Openers.

Service was great, but repairman dud not show up at time promised. Supposed to he to my home 12-2. At 215 I called and was told he was running behind and would be there 4-6. At 6 no one was here and I had to call again. Repaired around 7

I had an issue where the manual release cord got caught in the garage door while it was being opened causing it to close abruptly and hard. I saw the problem, but could not get the door to work. Precision came out within a few hours which was a pleasant surprise. Eyron fixed the issue and then showed me why the door closed so hard. He strengthened the existing springs and now the door works perfectly. Al this for what I thought was a reasonable price. I will only use Precision from now on for my garage door needs.
