Our garage door opener wouldn’t work. We called to schedule an appointment, we were fortunate enough to have a technician (Alex)come out the same day. I told Alex we had encountered three power failures within three days. Alex troubleshot the problem and said the unit needed replace. He had an identical opener in his truck, 30 minutes later we were up and running. Extremely nice technician!

Jerry was most helpful and very informative with specific detail about what I need to have a hurricane proof garage door. I look forward to a successful installation process. Your phone people for information and scheduling are very efficient as well. It is nice to work with a company whose employees all seem to want to be there.

It is rare to find a company that solved my problem so quickly and professionally! I called at 7:35, Vince arrived at 8:45 and he was finished by 10 am! The garage door is now properly connected to the garage door opener, I have new, quiet rollers, the spring was tuned and everything that needed lubricant got a shot of silicon! I will recommend FL Garage and Door to my neighbors, or anyone who needs a garage door repair!

I had used Precision before and was happy with the service. On this occasion, the technician, Merrick, arrived on time, was very professional, and knowledgeable. He did an evaluation, explained the problem, and gave me detailed options. After I selected the option, Merrick completed the work and again discussed and showed me what he had actually done. I was impressed with his work.

Jose was on time, knowledgeable, & polite. He gave me three different choices as to how to fix my problem. I thought I only needed my springs replaced, but that was not the case. I opted for the higher cost to just get everything done at the same time and not have to worry about it anymore, probably for 10 years is what he told me!
