Your technicians appear to be qualified, and certainly were comfortable to communicate with. A return trip to replace a defective spring which you installed is another matter. Where is your quality control? A return trip not only inconveniences your customer (a PR cost), but it costs you three times!

I highly recommend Precision. Merrick and his two helpers were very friendly and professional. Within 5 minutes after arriving these guys were hard at work. They took down my old garage doors and installed the new one that I ordered thru Precision and also a garage door opener. It took exactly as long as they said it would. They did a great job, inside and out. They explained everything I needed to know about door and opener. I'm glad I went with Precision, Home Depots prices were pricier let alone they will send you a contractor who probably doesn't install garage doors often. These guys know their stuff. Jeff was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and extremely patient. A great guy to have on Precision’s team to talk to customers who know absolutely nothing about garage doors. He helped us feel comfortable in the decisions we needed to make with regards to our garage door (what we thought was a simple and quick to fix problem is actually a much larger problem with a more expensive fix). He helped explain things thoroughly and didn’t make us feel stupid. He also gave us several options with his professional opinion as to which direction we should focus on — for us to get the end result we wanted and needed.
