I definitely made the correct decision in choosing Precision. They are a very professional organization. I called to replace my garage door opener. Their technician , Jeff arrived on time ,explained my options to me , gave me a timeframe expectation and got right to work. During the installation process, he pointed out some weaknesses in my garage door that needed addressing. All and all good experience and quality job done by a knowledgeable technician. Your technicians appear to be qualified, and certainly were comfortable to communicate with. A return trip to replace a defective spring which you installed is another matter. Where is your quality control? A return trip not only inconveniences your customer (a PR cost), but it costs you three times!

I highly recommend Precision. Merrick and his two helpers were very friendly and professional. Within 5 minutes after arriving these guys were hard at work. They took down my old garage doors and installed the new one that I ordered thru Precision and also a garage door opener. It took exactly as long as they said it would. They did a great job, inside and out. They explained everything I needed to know about door and opener. I'm glad I went with Precision, Home Depots prices were pricier let alone they will send you a contractor who probably doesn't install garage doors often. These guys know their stuff.
