This is my second service with this company. The first was the purchase of new springs for one of my doors and a keypad. This time was due to loud noise on one of my doors and a programo g mishap on a door. I must say this company‘s customer service is impeccable. They were able to assist me within a day or so! He did not pressure us into replacing our doors, but after weighing the pros and cons, we decided to replace them with hurricane rated new doors. Jeff was able to temporarily repair our current non working door until new doors could be installed.
