Y’all came out on a Sunday within 2 hours of my service call. My door was a total mess—came out of wall, track bent and more. It was repaired the same day-quickly. New springs, new rollers, reattached to the house, track straightened. No mess, no fuss. So, so happy! I can get my car out and go to work! Thanks a million!

My Precision Team was amazing! I use them in the Tampa Bay Area and have a home in Hollywood, they worked with me seamlessly long distance from the salesmen Jerry, to Logan who did a fabulous job, and Jessica in the office. Emails/calls/questions/ all replied to quickly and everything came out beautifully! Highly recommend the entire team, no stress, no worry. (we purchased all new garage door/opener/keypad)

Original sales rep promised the selected garage door within a specific time frame, 2 weeks later we found out he was no longer with the company. New sales rep came with a much longer time frame, almost double. When the office was contacted, we were promised a much closer date to the original time frame but the delivery and installation turned out to be much longer. During installation, the installers stayed late, this was a construction site, when they left, we received a call just saying a number from the installer, wanting immediate payment without having the opportunity to inspect the work. When we asked the installers if they closed everything up, they assured us that that they left the site secure. About an hour later when we drove to the site, everything was open, the doors were left open, windows, everything. They basically packed up their tools and walked out. So why did they assure us everything was closed up and secure? We have used this company before, but never again. They seem to forget there are other garage door companies around. Pass on this company if you are thinking of using them.
