Tyrone was wonderfully personable and professional and was able to come the very next day. He fixed the immediate problems and recommended a long-term solution that made sense. We enjoyed having him come out and would happily recommend the company. This was the second time we called Precision, and we also appreciated the way the call center still had all of our information and made us feel welcomed back. We originally found out about the company through radio ads, which we were happy to discover are still being broadcast.

I had a significant failure of my garage door. Called them and they were able to come out the same day. Tim Wakefield was my Tech. He repaired the door and some damaged wiring in about 45 mins. Made some good recommendations for my consideration. Price was reasonable and fair I think. Will definitely call Precision again as needed.
