I am giving you only a four out of five stars because I considered my Garage Door malfunction on a Sunday night being an emergency. I was told that there were no emergency services available. I was offered one of two potential visits for Monday. Alex, the repair person who came, was exceptional. I’ve used Precision Garage Door services for at least the last seven years and will continue to use them to maintain the efficiency of my Garage Door.

Jose was very professional and clearly described what the issues were and the best way to resolve them given various options. The repairs were carried out efficiently and resolved all the issues. The pricing is quite high so I'm hoping the repairs last based on the expression you get what you pay for.

I’ve used Precision Garage Door services in the past and was and am still very pleased with their service and attention to detail. My only hesitation dffrom giving them 5 stars is pricing. Last Feb, 2025) the price for a more envolved service was $90 this year the service call cost me $150. That’s a big increase!

I have used Precision several times for service and repair of my garage door. The technicians are always courteous and do their work in a professional manner. I have never had to have them come back to redo their work, they do it correctly the first time. I'm sure you could find someone to do it for less money but for me the service offered is well worth the expense.

Service man was great despite not knowing our equipment well. The billing process is not great. There is too much focus on trying to sell additional features or charge more fora garage door reset that takes 5 minutes.

Service was great, but repairman dud not show up at time promised. Supposed to he to my home 12-2. At 215 I called and was told he was running behind and would be there 4-6. At 6 no one was here and I had to call again. Repaired around 7

I called after finding them on a google search. They immediately made a same-day appointment. The service man, named Martin, was friendly and competent. He fixed the problem within 1 1/2 hours and we had our garage door working again. I'm very satisfied with this service.

Alex, my technician, was timely on same day arrival. He did a thorough assessment of the problem with my door, and clearly explained and demonstrated the problem with the spring, and imbalance of the door with the motor. Although the quote seemed high, he did the work precisely, after a thorough explanation of the mechanics, and his work is warranted. He was very polite, clean and pleasant.
