Diagnosis 1, you need a new motor,-$800 No way Alternative, we will go through checklist to see if we can fix it, $ 327.00, if not it will be the 89.95 service call. Ok Ultimately a sensor had to be replaced, a far cry from new motor. This is a "do I have a sucker here approach" Very poor business model! I will never call them Again .The technician was on time.

The service tech was great. They came early and were very friendly. The service itself was quick. But the cost was very high. Way more than I expected. For that reason, I can't recommend them and I will not be using them again.

Company is way overpriced compared to competitors. Do your homework and get competitive quotes. Replace 2 Springs, tension cable and 10 rollers for a $1000.00 Way too expensive!!

Great service and a good installation but this Impact Resistant door is the noisiest thing I have heard. Another not-so-funny part is I purchased the nylon "Quite" rollers to compliment my belt driven opener...you couldn't hear a dog barking when this thing opens or closes...it just squeaks like it is going to break. Installed on June 15 and wish it were removed on the 16th! Not happy in Pembroke Pines.

I upgraded my springs, rollers, drums, cables and bearing plates in 2022. In 2025, the springs broke and was quoted over $800 for two new springs. With the upgrades I made 3 years ago, I would have expected a longer life span from the springs. Very disappointed.
