Two years ago I found Precision Garage based on google reviews for my elderly mom. We appreciated the the service then as her door had aged and needed parts replaced. Two years later, it seems there was a defect in the motor and it just stopped working. I called your company and within 2 hours we had service. Tyrone was our rep and he worked quickly and honestly. The motor was replaced at no cost as there is a lifetime warranty. We also appreciate how personable Tyrone is. Also- when I called to make the appointment, the person who answered was nice and got us served quickly. There was no automation anything. All very personable. THANK YOU!!!

The spring on my garage door broke unexpectedly and when I scheduled an appointment online I was able to have a service tech come out the next morning to replace it. I have had problems with my new garage door opener and garage door I can say every tech that came out took care of the problems right away Tyrone came out to my house july 6 2024 garage door making a lot of noise going up and down I called that day and he showed up. He fixed the issue he was very professional and very helpful explaining the problem to me and how it was fixed. very nice man.
