Your company has always served my needs, whether it was to repair a key pad or to replace a motor. Your employees have always been courteous and professional. I don't know if it's because I'm a little old lady, but you've always gotten my issues resolved the same day, which is so appreciated. Today, I thought my problem was going to be merely replacing the outside keypad. Instead, it ended up being a total replacement of the entire system---motor, key pads, etc. Pricey, for sure, but with any luck the system will now be problem-free forever and will outlive me.

I was very satisfied with the immediate service since I called on a Saturday and they sent somebody right over The techs name was Julio. He explained all my options for my problem answered all my questions and gave me the prices. I then chose a option. Julio did a fine job excellently installed excellent work like a real pro and cleanliness couldn’t have been better cleaned up the job site. Better even blew out my garage with a blower. Explained future services and maintenance about the door yearly which I’ve never done. I was very satisfied with the service I received from precision garage door. I was having a problem opening and closing my garage door. I contacted.Precision Door Service because of all of their 5 star reviews and the comments by their satisfied customers. It was easy for me to contact Precision online. I got a call back soon after from a lady who was helpful and professional. She scheduled an appointment on the day and time range I requested. The technician who would be doing the job was Julio Rodriguez. Along with his name, I was sent his picture and background information on his experience doing this type of work. Julio called me on the morning of his appt, notifying me that he could come earlier if I wanted. I said that I did, and he arrived earlier than the originally scheduled time range. Precision had a tracking system where I could see his location as he approached. When Julio arrived, he was appropriately addressed with his name on his shirt, I recognized him from the picture that was provided, so I felt sure I was letting the right person in the house. He checked out the garage door system, identified the problem and made some suggestions. He showed me on his computer and explained different options, never pressuring me to take any of them. When I made a choice, he already had the equipment in his truck, and immediately went to work, finishing in a reasonable amount of time. He showed me the changes he made, how to use them and patiently answered my questions. Julio was professional. Soon after he left, I received follow up messages from Precision, in particularly from their President, which indicates to me that they care about the complete satisfaction of their customers. Based on all of the above, I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Well, the installer did a very good job and happened to come from the same section of Brooklyn where I grew up. I am not pleased with the company. They gave me an idea of about $250 for the work to be done. When the man came and looked everything over he gave me three options starting at over $800 all the way up to $1900. This was just to replace a coil spring that was broken on one door. I have had another estimate of $365 from a company that has done work before on my door. That being the case, I am confident that that would be approximately what the job would have caused. If I had not had precision do the work, I would’ve had to pay $89 service call. As it turned out, they were able to do the job for $454 which was still 100 more than it would have costed me elsewhere. I don’t like the bait and switch . I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Technician was great. Very satisfied with him. He was courteous, considerate, and professional. Only complaint is: I was told, over the telephone, that $89 diagnostic charge would be waived if I had work done. It was. But, I was also told that charge would then be $70 per 1/2 hour. Actual charge was $175 for 10 minute job in fixing opener WiFi connection. Charge was way higher than my expectation, based on telephone conversation with office. I was shocked.
