Lance arrived has promised. Identified the issue quickly. Very professional and courteous. Also a great sense of humor. Just meeting Lance and chatting with him was worth the repair cost. GREAT JOB AND STAFF!

Lance, the technician was both very nice and professional. He did the job expertly and fast. He fixed all the needed to be fixed. He also did not recommend me to fix anything that wasn’t needed to be fixed. I am 100% satisfied with the work he did!

Lance was on time and did a very good job. I had purchased a Chamberlain set up at Home Depot, but Lance pointed out that the one I purchased might not be the best for my hurricane enforced door. I purchased your Linear product, with the lifetime guarantee, and I am sure I will be pleased with the performance. Lance was personable, professional and knowledgeable.

I had been using Access Garage since we move into our house in 1999. Had and issue Saturday. Called Access, they said they were not in the garage repair space anymore. I googled Garage Doors Weston and you came up high on the list with excellent reviews. I called, you came yesterday and did a fantastic job. Not sure why your have not been servicing the house that past 2 decades. Lance, your service tech can say enough good words about him.

Lance came to our home in Coral Springs where a Spring had broke - upon further inspection all 4 Springs had to be replaced - the install was difficult as the old parts were very difficult to remove. Lance stayed (2 day job) till the garage was perfect. Highly recommend Precision Garage for your garage needs!

Lance was awesome! He contacted me when he was on his way about 20 minutes prior and then called me again once he got to my home as requested since I have animals. He asked me if I had any questions or concerns about what needed to be done and did a wonderful job!!! I would highly recommend this company and Lance as your technician!

My garage door suddenly stopped working i.e., door would not go up or down. I called Precision and was impressed with the Customer Service agent. She was professional and friendly. Lance called showed up on time. Lance took the time to determine the problem. Then he explained his solution so it was easy for me to understand. What a lovely person. Very knowledgeable. Lance also explained what he recommended I do in the future. I will be calling Precision in the next six months for a new unit. He even gave me a ball park figure so I can save for it. Thank you Lance!
