My garage door suddenly stopped working i.e., door would not go up or down. I called Precision and was impressed with the Customer Service agent. She was professional and friendly. Lance called showed up on time. Lance took the time to determine the problem. Then he explained his solution so it was easy for me to understand. What a lovely person. Very knowledgeable. Lance also explained what he recommended I do in the future. I will be calling Precision in the next six months for a new unit. He even gave me a ball park figure so I can save for it. I'm very impressed with this company I called them and they came out the same day. I have been at this property for 14 years and recently saw it having problems with my garage door. Zack explained everything that was going on with my garage. I had several issues they have all been address and I am completely satisfied with the repairs by New keypad opener by New lighting the quietness of the garage door and it was done fast and efficient. Good job.
