Precision Door was impressive. They kept me informed on an arrival time. Michael, the technician, was professional and a skilled worker. He was here for a tune up and did a great job. He replaced the weather seal that I knew really needed it. He showed what else could be done to have the garage door quieter and smoother, but accepted that I wanted to do that next time. The young lady that took by call was polite, knowledgeable, and showed a sense of urgency for my need of a same day appointment to fix my door that was stuck in the open position with a broken cable. I called for service at 8:00 am and had a service person at my door at 10 am - amazing. The service person, Michael, recognized and diagnosed the problem immediately, also noticed several other impending safety concerns that needed to be addressed and he could fix while at the house if I wanted and quoted the cost before starting the work. He clearly knew what needed to be done, took time to show me where the problem areas were and then worked quickly and efficiently to replace the broken parts and repair the door, cleaning up after he was finished. Horrible experience!!!!! They will tell you 250$ to fix your garage spring so that you will agree to the service then when they get to your house they will jack the price up to over 600$! If you deny the service they will charge you 89$ so basically no matter what it’s a win win for them because at the end of the day they are getting paid regardless!!! Life is hard on everyone economy is high for everyone for people to take 89$ from you
