Diagnosis 1, you need a new motor,-$800 No way Alternative, we will go through checklist to see if we can fix it, $ 327.00, if not it will be the 89.95 service call. Ok Ultimately a sensor had to be replaced, a far cry from new motor. This is a "do I have a sucker here approach" Very poor business model! I will never call them Again .The technician was on time.

I was surprised to see a price change after we had selected the best. I thought with the best everything was included. The installer said the price differential was the springs.
