I found you on Angie's List, and I was VERY pleased with everything Precision did! Jerry Cunningham made the initial visit, and I was struck by his friendliness and professional thoroughness. No pressure to purchase a new door, but Jerry emailed me a quote, which I thought was fair. Adam and his team of installers arrived just when they said they would, and promptly got to work. They left my garage spotless! (Except for MY junk!) I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and would HIGHLY recommend Precision to anyone!

I gave this score because although the crew was great, friendly and courteous, I did mention that the garage floor and driveway had just been finished. When the work was completed, I noticed deep scratches in the new floor. The following day, I noticed several more. The floor should have been protected since I brought it to their attention prior to them beginning the work.

Precision came out and replaced my garage door today. They replaced the doors, wood bucks, track, bearings everything except the motor (current one is working). They arrived around 10:45 for the 11:00 appointment. They were done around 4. They did a great job with everything. The door looks great, operates smoothly and is flush around the edges. They also cleaned up after they were done and showed me how to maintain the door. The workers were very professional and friendly. I can not say enough good things about how smooth this job was. I highly recommend Precision.

A high impact garage door (for hurricanes) with opener was installed in our home today and we are so so pleased with it. The men who installed the door were quick to install, easy to work with, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient in installing the new door. They explained all the features and benefits of the door and the technology that comes along with the door. We had checked with other garage door services and found that Precision Doors is a company that is stars and heavens above other companies. They deserve a 10 star rating !!!! We would highly recommend Precision Doors to everyone.
