Our garage door broke in the morning as we were heading out for the day. Precision not only fixed our door - that day - but switched out our opener so the left side of our house doesn't shake and creak every time the door goes up. We are enjoying our new quiet home and modern opener. Service was fantastic from start to finish!

Short answer, yes. The work was just exactly as related to me by the repairman. (William). There was no pressure and no canned sales pitch. He told me that the problem was man made and in effect I could have done without any repairs but there were some issues that I needed to be aware of. Parts and labor were available at that time and I was informed of the cost before and work was performed . 20 years ago we lived in that house and regretted selling it. It came back on the market and we bought it back. The gentleman that came out was very professional and told me the people that lived there prior to us buying the house back did an awful job putting the garage doors in. What a professional company, excellent to work with! When I called for information and an appointment, the response was complete, friendly, respectful, and courteous. I received a complete, professional email confirmation, with photos of the possible installers for security purposes. Quotes and invoices were sent electronically, as requested, timely and with a polite message. When Bobby, the technician, arrived -- on time! -- he, as well, was respectful, extremely polite and very knowledgable. He took time to completely explain why our door had broken and gave us options as to how it should be fixed. As we needed special parts for a rebuild, he returned the next day, again on time. When the job was completed, Bobby took all the time necessary to explain what had been done, connected all devices and completely cleaned the area. More companies should take a good look at how Precision runs their business and copy their business model. It was an excellent experience.

Our twenty year old garage door (actually over twenty) needed to go. And fast. It was in free fall. Literally. We found Precision and the same day, they responded. Now, we couldn't be happier. The door was exactly how it was described, and looked even better in person. Not only did Bobby explain how it worked, he was courteous and patient. We not only went for a garage door, but the opener as well. We are definitely happy we went with Precision!
