Great company! The garage door broke at 11am on a Saturday. They said they could have someone there between 3:30 and 5:30. at 3:45 Daniel called and was here at 4:15. He was great. Fixed everything, offered me some improvements (without the hard sell) - finished everything by 6.

We have gotten many compliments on the door and several people in the community have purchased from them as well. We knew we would need to put in a new garage door opener but waited until ours died. You can barely hear the opening and closing of the door. Our service man, Jeff Brown, was excellent and explained everything to us. Precision stands behind their products and the service is always prompt and excellent. We made a very good choice going with Precision.

Precision came out as scheduled and replaced my existing door opener which was worn and very loud. The original tech did a nice job but missed a few minor things which we discovered with further use of the new operating system. Precision then sent someone else a few days later to review the installation and made some minor adjustments which solved all of my concerns. I am a repeat customer and have been highly satisfied with their work.

Great Service!!! Rony was very knowledgeable, friendly & courteous. He called before coming, asked questions regarding our issue and then explained what needed to be done along with the cost before going forward, after the repair, he showed us what was done, suggested a surge protector to avoid problems with power outages and what to look for if another problem occurred. The sensors needed replaced which the previous service provider should have done. They took advantage of us and overcharged. We made a Great move by choosing Precision. Would recommend to friends and family. Also, love the email showing who was coming and telling us about them before they arrived.
