The tech that came to my house was on time, polite and knowledgeable. The only problem I had was that they did not honor the $20 coupon for a remote control from their own website. Such disigenuous ads reflect poorly on a company that otherwise would have been a totally positive experience.

Ken Odierno more than met my expectations. He came early, he explained everything and showed me pictures of the problem. Then he provided me several options. He fixed the problem in less time than expected. He was very professional. This is the second time I use them and I am as impressed as I was the first time.
