Last week I had 2 springs put on my garage door, and I was given a total quote for the spring repair. I mentioned to the girl in customer service that it was a 2 car garage door, and she mentioned to me that the 2 springs needed to be replaced, so I asked her for a total price including service and after the service was done, my daughter called me that it was double the price. The girl never mentioned that the quote was per spring. I was disappointing that I was misinformed.

I NEEDED A NEW BATTERY FOR A GARAGE DOOR. I CALLED LATE SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND THE TECHNICIAN WAS HERE BEFORE NOON ON SUNDAY. HE REPLACED THE BATTERY, EXAMINED THE GENERAL CONDITION OF ALL THREE GARAGE DOORS AND WAS VERY PLEASANT AS WELL AS PROFESSIONAL. THERE WERE NO EXTRA FEES FOR A SUNDAY CALL AND NO SERVICE CALL CHARGE. NO QUESTION I WOULD CALL PRECISION FOR ANY GARAGE DOOR PROBLEM.

The service I received was fast and very professional. I called first thing in the morning and they arrived as scheduled later in the afternoon, calling before hand to be sure I was available. They say you get what you pay for in services today and this is very true of Precision. They are extremely through in their inspection process and you pay for that service. And they "will" find anything and everything that your garage door may need now or may need in the future. So they offer 3 options to their customers, as to not sticker shock them too much. All three options are high, but as noted they are very professional and knowledgeable and know their stuff. So for that, they get four stars from me.

Precision’s service technician Ken came to repair a broken garage door opener. He spent as much time as necessary to discuss the pros and cons of a repair versus a new opener. At no time was there any pressure to upsell or even to replace the garage door itself, which others have in the past. Ken was professional, courteous, and did a thoroughly professional job on the install. The work was neat and done expeditiously. Afterwards he spent quite a bit of time answering all my questions and making sure I was aware of everything that had been done, the operation and future maintenance of the equipment. I’m very glad I chose Precision to do this job and will certainly call them again in the future. They definitely rate five stars ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? in my book!

I am an older gentleman with some physical ailments and had to request Precision Doors move items that were in the way of the installation. Their crew called prior to arriving and arrived on time. They introduced themselves and we discussed the work briefly and I apologize for my garage being in such disarray. They told me not to worry they would handle everything and began work immediately, I returned inside the house while they did the installation. After they had completed the job, they knocked on the door and asked I me to review their work. Before I looked at any of their work, I noticed that everything was put back into its place and the complete garage was swept clean. When I say clean I’m talking about spotless the cleanest it’s been in fifteen years. Normally I would expect a clean up however this exceeded my expectations. My HOA recently had all the road and parking areas stripped off the top portion of asphalt and repaved everything. While they were removing the old pavement it left a large amount of residue inside my garage. Partially because the old garage door (repaired temporarily) did not fit tight at the bottom. And our yard service seems to blow every leaf and grass blade they can find into the garage on purpose. The work was impeccable and 100% professionally done. They handed me the paperwork and reviewed everything with me including the inspection process. This is my second time using Precision, the first time was for the garage door opener, again that went great and is why I chose them for the garage door replacement. The bottom line is I highly recommend Precision Doors and if you can request the crew I had, Merrick G. & JR. A. for installing your new garage door do it without any worries. Dane C. 06/12/18
