Reggie was knowledgeable, explained what needed to be done. I called at 3PM, he was at my door around 4:30, and proceeded to examine what needed to be done. When I called your company to set up a free estimate, I was greeted on the phone by a very pleasant girl who set me up with a date that was good for me. I saw that you had e-mailed me to remind me of the appointment and also sent a picture of the salesman who would come to the house. I was extremely impressed with Joshua. He was courteous, answered all of my questions and was quite patient with me. I had never had to buy new garage doors....my old ones came with the house 28 years ago when we purchased our home. Great service! William kept me informed of his schedule before he arrived and did excellent work on my door. He installed a new kit, with springs, belt, rollers & electronic unit. (My door & rails were o.k.) He did a great job. My door was on the chain system so was very noisy when it was working. It is now so quiet, I don't have to worry about waking up the neighbors when I open it. One of my neighbors stopped by to see the work William had done so I'm sure he will be contacting Precision too. I have already recommended Precision to a friend of mine, who has a broken door so she probably will be calling too. William even brought cookies for my doxie! All in all, a great experience. I wish all companies had this kind of excellent customer service.

My telephone call was taken promptly and I was told that my service call would be made between 1 and 3 hours from my telephone call. I was contacted by William who called to say he would be at my home within 45 minutes. He was very polite, explained my options and completed the work within the 1 1/2 hours he estimated. Another great experience with Precision Door Service. Had an issue with my door opener and called at 4:45pm on Thursday and a technician (mike) was at my house by noon on Friday. Since the openers motor was shot, Mike suggested a few different options which he had on the truck and ready to install, no waiting for another appointment or for him to go get the opener. He was fast, professional and cleaned up after himself. Always happy with the pricing, service, timeliness and professionalism of Precision Door. Thanks Mike and the entire team!!!!
