Last week I had 2 springs put on my garage door, and I was given a total quote for the spring repair. I mentioned to the girl in customer service that it was a 2 car garage door, and she mentioned to me that the 2 springs needed to be replaced, so I asked her for a total price including service and after the service was done, my daughter called me that it was double the price. The girl never mentioned that the quote was per spring. I was disappointing that I was misinformed.

With a very confusing problem we went to google and chose Precision Door Service. Jeff was our technician, very pleasant and knowledgeable with finding our problem. He explained what he found and informed of the different options we had and the price. With all that Jeff did to have our door working again the price was very reasonable. I NEEDED A NEW BATTERY FOR A GARAGE DOOR. I CALLED LATE SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND THE TECHNICIAN WAS HERE BEFORE NOON ON SUNDAY. HE REPLACED THE BATTERY, EXAMINED THE GENERAL CONDITION OF ALL THREE GARAGE DOORS AND WAS VERY PLEASANT AS WELL AS PROFESSIONAL. THERE WERE NO EXTRA FEES FOR A SUNDAY CALL AND NO SERVICE CALL CHARGE. NO QUESTION I WOULD CALL PRECISION FOR ANY GARAGE DOOR PROBLEM.

It began with your on the phone representative who scheduled the appointment, then your in the field representative who first called to confirm he was on his way and, then once at my home, explained what needed to be done and how he would do it in timely fashion. When the work was completed I had the comfort to believe it was done in the most professional cost efficient manner.

We were given a time the worker would arrive and he arrived within that time. He looked at the garage and gave us an estimate of the job needed to be done. He gave us three options of cost and warranty for each. He worked very hard and in a timely manner. He was professional, friendly and kind.

The service I received was fast and very professional. I called first thing in the morning and they arrived as scheduled later in the afternoon, calling before hand to be sure I was available. They say you get what you pay for in services today and this is very true of Precision. They are extremely through in their inspection process and you pay for that service. And they "will" find anything and everything that your garage door may need now or may need in the future. So they offer 3 options to their customers, as to not sticker shock them too much. All three options are high, but as noted they are very professional and knowledgeable and know their stuff. So for that, they get four stars from me.

Our Garage Door opener went out on us Monday night and my wife called this morning and they came right over and installed a new opener for us seamless, I couldn't be happier and I FINALLY have my wifi garage door opener my wife wouldn't let me get till the old one died. Precision’s service technician Ken came to repair a broken garage door opener. He spent as much time as necessary to discuss the pros and cons of a repair versus a new opener. At no time was there any pressure to upsell or even to replace the garage door itself, which others have in the past. Ken was professional, courteous, and did a thoroughly professional job on the install. The work was neat and done expeditiously. Afterwards he spent quite a bit of time answering all my questions and making sure I was aware of everything that had been done, the operation and future maintenance of the equipment. I’m very glad I chose Precision to do this job and will certainly call them again in the future. They definitely rate five stars ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? in my book!
