Reggie was knowledgeable, explained what needed to be done. I called at 3PM, he was at my door around 4:30, and proceeded to examine what needed to be done. I had an old outdated garage unit, he completely rebuilt and replaced the system in a timely fashion. I was very impressed with the whole process. I would recommend Precision to anyone. When I called your company to set up a free estimate, I was greeted on the phone by a very pleasant girl who set me up with a date that was good for me. I saw that you had e-mailed me to remind me of the appointment and also sent a picture of the salesman who would come to the house. I was extremely impressed with Joshua. He was courteous, answered all of my questions and was quite patient with me. I had never had to buy new garage doors....my old ones came with the house 28 years ago when we purchased our home. Joshua spent 2 hours explaining everything. He had door samples with him....so it was nice to see the actual color I was getting. Because of Joshua, we did decide to buy our doors from your company. Great service! William kept me informed of his schedule before he arrived and did excellent work on my door. He installed a new kit, with springs, belt, rollers & electronic unit. (My door & rails were o.k.) He did a great job. My door was on the chain system so was very noisy when it was working. It is now so quiet, I don't have to worry about waking up the neighbors when I open it. One of my neighbors stopped by to see the work William had done so I'm sure he will be contacting Precision too. I have already recommended Precision to a friend of mine, who has a broken door so she probably will be calling too. William even brought cookies for my doxie! All in all, a great experience. I wish all companies had this kind of excellent customer service.

My telephone call was taken promptly and I was told that my service call would be made between 1 and 3 hours from my telephone call. I was contacted by William who called to say he would be at my home within 45 minutes. He was very polite, explained my options and completed the work within the 1 1/2 hours he estimated. He then reviewed his work with me and showed me what I should do for PM.
