This is a company that actually does what it says it does. Their service people are timely... even calling and giving an estimated arrival time. They never tried to up-sell on a Service. Return service for a follow up adjustment was quickly scheduled and those who came explained what was done to alleviate my issue and restated the company policy of insuring satisfaction with all their work without charge. I recommend Precision Door for any necessary work... from simple adjustments to a full re-do package

I had a cable break one evening and called the next day for repair. They offered to send someone that day but I requested Jeff who had helped me previously. It was his day off so he came the following day. Replaced both drums and cables (14 years old) and got the door working great. Another prompt, professional performance. Jeff arrived soon after noon today. Inspected the garage door and found several areas of concern. He prepared 3 programs related to repairing our door. Spring replacement- Jeremy, the technician was very knowledgeable and repaired our damaged garage door patiently even after facing a setback after realizing that the original spring was not the right size. He had to do the replacement over again, with a bigger spring. Now we have a garage door that is very light to lift even our kids can do it. Thank you for being so efficient and professional.
