Have had Precision out twice. First, for a new opener which is working great and a second time to replace broken springs that were improperly done previously by a competitor. Both jobs and installers were very professional and know the business. It's easy to verify now with the Internet. Would easily recommend as a happy customer.

Just had our new wood grain appearance / hurricane garage doors installed by the great folks at Precision. They look fantastic! I highly recommend Precision. Merrick and his two helpers were very friendly and professional. Within 5 minutes after arriving these guys were hard at work. They took down my old garage doors and installed the new one that I ordered thru Precision and also a garage door opener. It took exactly as long as they said it would. They did a great job, inside and out. They explained everything I needed to know about door and opener. I'm glad I went with Precision, Home Depots prices were pricier let alone they will send you a contractor who probably doesn't install garage doors often. These guys know their stuff. Jeff was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and extremely patient. A great guy to have on Precision’s team to talk to customers who know absolutely nothing about garage doors. He helped us feel comfortable in the decisions we needed to make with regards to our garage door (what we thought was a simple and quick to fix problem is actually a much larger problem with a more expensive fix). He helped explain things thoroughly and didn’t make us feel stupid. He also gave us several options with his professional opinion as to which direction we should focus on — for us to get the end result we wanted and needed. He was reliable and an all around great guy. We’ll be asking for him when it comes time for our next “phase”.

This is my second service with this company. The first was the purchase of new springs for one of my doors and a keypad. This time was due to loud noise on one of my doors and a programo g mishap on a door. I must say this company‘s customer service is impeccable. They were able to assist me within a day or so!
