The technician Ilana Carvahlo was very good. She showed up on time and communicated when she was going to be at our house. She explained what she was going to do and came back to us with the suggested improvements we needed. The work was done timely and efficient. Called 4:30pm Friday, Eyron arrived early Saturday, diagnosed and installed a new door opener. Also adjusted the springs which Precision installed two years ago. The company and Eyron are extremely professional. Being available Saturday is a big benefit to consumers. Definitely will recommend them to my friends.

Chris Bernard was excellent: he arrived on time, was extremely friendly and personable, diagnosed multiple issues in minutes, and was able to completely redo our garage door system in a few hours that same day. Precision replaced most moving parts last year. Door was like new again. They were very good so when we had a problem today, we called and they sent someone right out. Naturally we couldn't recreate issue but he thinks he knows what was happening and reprogrammed the settings under warranty. Will see if that works. Both men were very professional and primary tech seemed very knowledgeable.
