I was extremely pleased with the installation experience of my two impact garage doors several years ago. I was also extremely pleased with the two technicians who came to my house yesterday, Chris and Phil (I believe). They were courteous, so efficient, knew what they were doing, did it with a smile, and explained everything to me. Using Precision Door has been an excellent choice! Thank you!

The entire process from making the appointment to completion of the necessary work by the technician, Scott Smith was handled professionally and gave me a high level of confidence in Precision Garage Door. I would recommend them and Scott without qualification and will certainly give them my business if my aging garage door opening aparatus gives out!

Came the same day and when he saw how old the mechanicals were Chris gave us a few options, which I though was very nice. We ended up replacing all the mechanisms and he worked right thru lunch to get it done.

To add to a very positive experience: My Tech: Scott, was first rate. He explained the problem and solution in an appropriate way. He completed the R & R of my expired opener, and the runners. It is a few days and I am very satisfied with the outcome on all points. I highly recommend Precision. Don't take a chance of getting an inferior outcome. The garage door now is virtually silent and works perfectly.

Service was very good and friendly. Chris was right on time. It’s a nice clean fast job. Call the 8 o’clock at night and they were there at 8 o’clock the next morning. However, I do feel the price was a little on the high side.

Tremendous service start to finish. I started out calling the office . They were professional and made a same day appointment for me in a matter of minutes. The communication aspect was outstanding. The service technician, Alex was excellent. His interpersonal skills , knowledge and expertise were superb. He explained everything slowly, clearly and did not make you feel like you were being forced into a negative situation. Simply, a great ending to a difficult situation Thank you, Precsion.

I highly recommend Garage Door Precision Service and their outstanding technician, Ilana Carvahlo. From the moment I called, their customer service team assisted me promptly and scheduled an appointment right away, which I truly appreciated. Ilana repaired my garage door after it stopped opening due to a broken spring. After a thorough inspection, she identified other critical areas and very professionally and honestly explained the existing issues, potential future problems, and the available solutions. There was no pressure — just clear, knowledgeable, and transparent communication. She is extremely skilled, organized, and sincere. Truly top service from start to finish. TOP SERVICE!
