Our house was built in 2001, & I was so pleased to discover that The Precision company was still in business 25 years later. Their sticker was still on our garage door, so we called the number to get our remote garage door opener replaced. Two gentlemen came out the next day, & programmed a new remote for us. They were friendly, courteous, & very professional. The new remote works great. I would highly recommend this company.

Kyle was able to identify the issues with my existing door opener and explain the reasons for it not operating properly. Rather than going with just putting a "band aid" on the 10-year-old Craftsman opener and risk having it fail again in the short term, I chose to have it replaced with a new LiftMaster unit having both Precision Door and manufacturer warranty coverages.

We use Precision Door Service of South Florida all the time, requested service call for maintenance and spring adjustment. Service technician Julio came out same day and educated me with annual door maintenance requirements. Garage door operation is much smoother now and Julio did a great job and is customer driven.

He came on time and took his time to explain the necessary repairs…. quite a few as I have 3 garage doors and had different problems with all of them. Everything was fixed in less than a day which meant a lot as my car was stuck in the garage with a broken power line to the door! I thought the repair price was fair as well ….
