Everything was perfect, from the call to have someone come out (Alyssa: yesterday) to the technician who came out today to fix the garage door (Jeff Barron). The technician showed up on time, explained how he was going to replace the broken spring (so i could get my car out of the garage). His time estimate of 1 hour was accurate. The price for the repair was good and met my expectation for this type of repair. All in all, it was a pleasant and professional experience in every aspect.

Our house was built in 2001, & I was so pleased to discover that The Precision company was still in business 25 years later. Their sticker was still on our garage door, so we called the number to get our remote garage door opener replaced. Two gentlemen came out the next day, & programmed a new remote for us. Kyle was able to identify the issues with my existing door opener and explain the reasons for it not operating properly. Rather than going with just putting a "band aid" on the 10-year-old Craftsman opener and risk having it fail again in the short term, I chose to have it replaced with a new LiftMaster unit having both Precision Door and manufacturer warranty coverages.

We use Precision Door Service of South Florida all the time, requested service call for maintenance and spring adjustment.
