Best quietest garage door openers. Excellent service. I lost my garage door motor due to a power surge from a mistake by an electrician. I called for a new one, and had it installed the same afternoon by polite professionals. Do not hesitate to call these guys when you need a great quiet garage door opener and great service!

My husband and I started shopping around for new garage doors. When I called your company to set up a free estimate, I was greeted on the phone by a very pleasant girl who set me up with a date that was good for me. I saw that you had e-mailed me to remind me of the appointment and also sent a picture of the salesman who would come to the house. I was extremely impressed with Joshua. He was courteous, answered all of my questions and was quite patient with me. I had never had to buy new garage doors....my old ones came with the house 28 years ago when we purchased our home. Joshua spent 2 hours explaining everything. He had door samples with him....so it was nice to see the actual color I was getting. Because of Joshua, we did decide to buy our doors from your company. I give Joshua 5+ STARS for his professionalism, knowledge and courteous manner.

Your trained technician arrived on time. He was polite informed spoke clearly and completed his task as stated. What a pleasure! I had to leave for an appointment and the technician had to get a part at Home Depot. I don't know how he made it back from the store in 15 minutes. Amazing! I paid for the service and left. When I returned everything was completed as promised. Definite recommendation '

Great service! William kept me informed of his schedule before he arrived and did excellent work on my door. He installed a new kit, with springs, belt, rollers & electronic unit. (My door & rails were o.k.) He did a great job. My door was on the chain system so was very noisy when it was working. It is now so quiet, I don't have to worry about waking up the neighbors when I open it. One of my neighbors stopped by to see the work William had done so I'm sure he will be contacting Precision too. I have already recommended Precision to a friend of mine, who has a broken door so she probably will be calling too. William even brought cookies for my doxie! All in all, a great experience. I wish all companies had this kind of excellent customer service.

My telephone call was taken promptly and I was told that my service call would be made between 1 and 3 hours from my telephone call. I was contacted by William who called to say he would be at my home within 45 minutes. He was very polite, explained my options and completed the work within the 1 1/2 hours he estimated. He then reviewed his work with me and showed me what I should do for PM.

One of the garage door springs springs broke, leaving us stranded with both cars in the garage. We were extremely pleased Precision could schedule a service call quickly. The technician fully explained the options and associated costs, so we could make an informed choice. The work was done quickly and well. We are very pleased with the job Precision did for us.

Another great experience with Precision Door Service. Had an issue with my door opener and called at 4:45pm on Thursday and a technician (mike) was at my house by noon on Friday. Since the openers motor was shot, Mike suggested a few different options which he had on the truck and ready to install, no waiting for another appointment or for him to go get the opener. He was fast, professional and cleaned up after himself. Always happy with the pricing, service, timeliness and professionalism of Precision Door. Thanks Mike and the entire team!!!!

Workers were very professional; explained in detail the scope of work needed to be done; offered three levels of repair options; completed the work late in the day in a timely manner: performed additional preventive maintenance on door system and made recommendations for maintaining the system in good working order in the future. Would highly recommend the workers and company to other customers.

Mike and Ken called to announce that were on their way, and came in the time promised. They were presentable, polite, and nice. Most important to me, both were knowledgeable, explained what needed to be done, what my options were, and after I chose an option, they proceeded, very efficiently, and did what needed to be done. My garage door is working well. I am very, very happy with the entire experience, and will gladly recommend your service to anyone. Yigal Zohar
