I chose to rebuild the door because of its age. In addition to the springs he installed new quiet rollers, cable and drum. Used twice over 2 years for different reasons and excellent on-time courteous service. I REALLY trust this company as they are thorough from beginning to end and very detailed about the quality of work. Sean (Technician) took the time to explain the what, why and how it broke and how to maintain after breakage. No additional parts added and existing pieces in good condition were kept meaning no hidden charges. I will use again and recommend to neighbors. Part that broke, Springs on 13 yr old home. Also, replaced cables (too much slack) and center bracket with sealed bearings. The old one was plastic! Garage is whisper quiet!!

Highly recommend the professional folks at Precision Garage Doors. Had a garage door emergency at 9pm on a Friday night, called Precision and had someone out here by 11am on Saturday. I found the technician Jason to be very professional, honest, knowledgeable and fair with pricing. Since the door was severely damaged and old, we opted to price out a new door. Jason was ready willing and able to show us options and set the order in place immediately. We didn't have to wait for a salesperson, everything was done "in the moment". I hope you give Precision a call when you need a repair or an upgrade. They are really that good!
