Outstanding service. Josh was very professional and very thorough determining our needs and explaining how they would be satisfied with their garage door installation. He carefully explained three options for us to consider and what made them different. We were very impressed with his explanations of what they could offer in a very low key manner. He also explained the differences between what Precision offered compared to other local competitors. Would I recommend Precision for considering your own garage door needs? You bet!

Kyle came to my house this morning. I had called for service earlier today. Excellent customer service. Kyle was knowledgeable and explained my options. I chose to rebuild the door because of its age. In addition to the springs he installed new quiet rollers, cable and drum. I called Precision because of their advertisement in The Home Mag as well as another home magazine. An excellent company to do business with.
