Used twice over 2 years for different reasons and excellent on-time courteous service. I REALLY trust this company as they are thorough from beginning to end and very detailed about the quality of work. Sean (Technician) took the time to explain the what, why and how it broke and how to maintain after breakage. No additional parts added and existing pieces in good condition were kept meaning no hidden charges. I will use again and recommend to neighbors. Part that broke, Springs on 13 yr old home. Also, replaced cables (too much slack) and center bracket with sealed bearings. The old one was plastic! Garage is whisper quiet!!

Highly recommend the professional folks at Precision Garage Doors. Had a garage door emergency at 9pm on a Friday night, called Precision and had someone out here by 11am on Saturday. I found the technician Jason to be very professional, honest, knowledgeable and fair with pricing. Since the door was severely damaged and old, we opted to price out a new door. Jason was ready willing and able to show us options and set the order in place immediately. We didn't have to wait for a salesperson, everything was done "in the moment". I hope you give Precision a call when you need a repair or an upgrade. They are really that good!

I really wanted to write a review for a company and service call that went well above and beyond what I have ever experienced with s garage door service company, and indeed any other service call to my home. David, the service tech was right on time after calling to let me know his ETA. Once he arrived, he took the time to expertly explain the issue with my garage door and went through several options for repairing it, which I appreciated, since I'm just handy enough to know the scope of work involved in replacing the rollers (which is what I needed) David was extremely professional, completed the work and explained the charges before I signed off on the job; which was a competitive price for an excellent product and lifetime warranty. I wholeheartedly recommend them and will use this company for all of my future garage door work for my other properties too. I'm extremely pleased by a very nice job, professionally done! 10 out of 10!

Stephanie took my call and was able to give me a very accurate time Mike would arrive the following morning. After inspecting my situation Mike gave me a few different options for the repair. He had the time and parts to do an extensive repair and had it complete under two hours. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Thank you for a job well done.
