Bobby arrived on time, Sunday morning and assessed the problem quickly. He replaced my damaged unit in less than one hour. He was very thorough and made sure everything was operational and reviewed the new operating procedures for programming the the remote units for each of my cars. I had purchased a new garage door 6 months ago from Precision Door. Recently I experienced some problems with the door and called Precision to schedule a service call. That same day Jim M. called me to discuss my door issues. It quickly became apparent to me that Jim took considerable interest in his customers, product and installations. I was impressed by his commitment and professionalism. Eric (the technician) arrived as scheduled the next day. Within 10 minutes the was working perfectly. We never give ratings on line but in this instance it was warranted. Our technician, Alex, arrived on time and with all the equipment needed to repair our garage door springs. The job was done fast and clean. He was professional, courteous and explained why the spring broke and what to look for in the event we have another problem. Have used you in Tampa, but this was my parents house in Atlantis. Set up work for when I was there on business. Installer Eric called in sick I found out when I called at 11:45 during my 9-12 window. Had to catch a flight so postponed until next day when installer taking Eric's place said it would be 4 hours later. Eric put in new motor next morning but just left cord dangling. For $570 I expected total installation as it is an easy splice into existing cord and hook up door to chain. House has sold since and inspector put on report garage door inopperable. Expected the job to be done after paying that much.

Eric gave me a complimentary service call when it was determined that my opener was not transmitting a signal. My remotes only work in the garage. He even tried a new remote, but to no avail. An estimate to replace the opener was given to me via email. When I decide to replace my opener, I will pick Precision.

Great service and a good installation but this Impact Resistant door is the noisiest thing I have heard. Another not-so-funny part is I purchased the nylon "Quite" rollers to compliment my belt driven opener...you couldn't hear a dog barking when this thing opens or closes...it just squeaks like it is going to break. Installed on June 15 and wish it were removed on the 16th! Not happy in Pembroke Pines.

I called early am, my call was taken, I was given a window of 9-1pm, the tech arrived. 9.30 am, my door was rebuilt in approx 2 hrs, better parts were installed than existing parts, my door has never been this quiet, being an auto repair tech , I watched closely , Alex was great , give the whole service a Ten!!! Everything about the service call was professional. Aside from the broken springs being replaced, the technicians identified several weaknesses in the door mechanism that were in need of attention and represented a safety risk. They explained clearly the risk and showed me the degree of wear and tear on each of the parts being replaced. I would recommend Precision to anyone who is having a garage door problem. *****

The scheduling procedure and timely service is almost unheard of here in SoFlo. Then having a technician like Alex do such a thorough and tidy job was icing on the cake! His skill and professional approach to making the door safe and quiet, (I opted for the powder coated new springs) and his adjustment and inspection of all parts left me with knowing I had a safe and secure door.
