From requesting service last night and talking with Andy, I was scheduled an appt today Saturday from 10 - 12 AM. The tech, Mr Merrick Gayle called me at 0930 informing me that he would be arriving in about 20min. Arrival as scheduled, checked out my issue and informed me that the plan of action would be to replace the worn out 25 year old garage door opener. The exceptional and very professional did exactly that and completed the work as stated in about 90 minutes. His work was Top Shelf and he also made sure he trained me on the new unit, programmed my remotes and cars’ systems, and cleaned up the area. From start to finish, I was very impressed and 100% Satisfied! Outstanding workmanship and a high quality product. I highly recommend Precision Door Repair!!!! Happy Holidays and Thank You

I knew my garage door was quickly on the way to being totally unusable. I called Precision Garage Door Service and they offered to come out the same day. I was shocked at how quickly they offered to diagnose and resolve the problem. Once Dave, my tech arrived, he was professional, efficient, and no nonsense in getting down to the business of repairing my door. My door is now updated with better parts and a flawless operation. If and when my 20 year-old motor decides to finally give out, it’s Precision that I will call.

I really made the right decision calling Precision Door. Having just moved in, I knew the garage doors were in rough shape and the previous owner didn't leave the remote for one of the doors. Now they operate like new. I hit the jackpot with service and quality!
