Our garage door was very noisy upon opening and closing. I called the office for service and within 25 minutes I had a service person at my. door. I had the pleasure of seeing your truck at a neighbor's home. I walked over and had the pleasure of meeting Merrick Gayle. I explained the situation that I was having with my garage door and he promised me that he would stop over and take a look at it. I was told that the situation that I was having was easily reparable. First of all, it was my pleasure to meet a repairman that was honest and reliable. He came over to look at things, explain exactly what needed to be done and it was done immediately. The door worked perfectly. We tested it and all was fine. Today, I could not open the door. Shortly after my repair, Merrick was back on his truck and made the necessary repairs and all is fine. I would be thrilled to recommend your company to anyone that needs garage door repair. A simple call was all that was needed!

I have had problems with my new garage door opener and garage door I can say every tech that came out took care of the problems right away Tyrone came out to my house july 6 2024 garage door making a lot of noise going up and down I called that day and he showed up. The technician tried to over charge me by over 100% of the final agreed upon price. Not sure what kind of company would let their people do this. Awful. On top of this, the person threw a huge piece of gum on my lawn.
