I was very pleased with Chris Bernard, the technician that Precision sent to my house to evaluate my aging garage door. He was very thorough in his inspection, checking all parts and segments of the operation, taking photos of the parts, showing and describing each of the issues and then gave me three options for repair. Earlier I had another company representative also evaluate my garage door and it was a short evaluation and a suggestion that I replace the motor that was still functioning, because of its age. Nothing else was really checked or recommended. I did not trust this representative so I called another company, Precision for an evaluation. I choose to have springs (one was only partially functioning), roller and cable replaced and now the door functions like a new door. So I would highly recommend both Chris and this company to all.

With Precision installed my garage door about two years ago I was really impressed with the workmanship and of the men of the garage door itself, in true form when I had a problem caused by a tornado in our community Precision sent out a great guy called Eyron M. to repair the door. Young man they said was not only personable. He had a terrific knowledge of what he was doing. He repaired the door in a very quick way. Additionally, he made recommendations so we could make the door perfect again. I was pleased that his recommendations and I was pleased about his work, and I was really pleased about the door because, it was supposed to protect my garage and if it wasn’t for that door, I suspected damage on my house would’ve been much more more extensive. I know I’m waiting for the additional panels to make it like new again, but Precision doors and the people that work for them will get them to me quickly and then expertly install them. Power issues during Hurricane Milton took out the electronics board in one of our garage door openers. I called yesterday afternoon and Precision had a technician here this morning. Tommy, the tech, had the parts and completed the repair. He also installed surge protectors on all three of our openers and showed me how to lubricate the doors. A+

We called them recently to perform some maintenance services as we noticed the system wasn’t running as smoothly as in the past. Great warranty experience , called and had a human on the phone without a lot of button pushing , Rep had a tech to my house same day , Tech called to give an ETA of arrival , Julio R , the tech performed the repair and had all the necessary tools and parts to complete the repair in about 1 hour , checked any adjustments and he was on way , Julio was professional and courteous and did a great job. I called about an issue at 3 pm and Tyler the technician called 45 minutes later to let me know he was on the way. Tyler worked from 4:15 until 9 pm and fixed my problem. Received an Email about Precision Door Services that offered a free service call so I made an appointment. My garage door was originally installed back in 2016 so thought is was a great idea to make sure everything was working correctly. I was lucky to have had a great technician by the name of Logan Kruse - he was professional and had great knowledge about garage doors in general. His explanation of certain functions was easy to comprehend. He made some recommendations that were reasonable and a few minor adjustments were made during my service call. I plan on completing other recommendations in the near future and will request that Logan Kruse is my service technician. He was awesome !!!!!!
