Both Prince and Scott were excellent repair technicians and were most respectfully careful of our property. I called Precision Garage Door and they provided same day service replacing broken tension springs. Clean and very professional. Highly impressed.

My husband called because our garage door didn’t want to close, and we had a technician here less than 2 hours later. Aaron was courteous and professional, diagnosed the problem, and did the required work quickly. The cost was more than fair. This is the kind of service that I wish every company provided. There’s no question that we will call Precision Garage Doors any time we need help with our door.

From the moment I called Precision for an appointment to the end of my repair - I was extremely pleased with my service. The customer service was friendly, fast, flexible and efficient. My service technician “Llana C.” Was knowledgeable and patient. She took the time to explain what was needed and what to do for the future to help maintain my older garage. I was surprised at the level of professional service I received. ( Not often here in Florida ). Thank you Precision !!!!! Susan G

After many years of a squeaky and noisy garage door opener, I am finally at peace. I can't be happier with the end product and very glad to have the newest technology. Being able to use the app to control the door and view the camera is very convenient. So many times l left the house wondering if I closed the door. Eyron Molina was amazing and took time to explain my options and give his opinion on what would be best for me. Couldn't be happier with what was chosen. Thank you Precision Door Service.

I’ve used Precision Garage Door services in the past and was and am still very pleased with their service and attention to detail. My only hesitation dffrom giving them 5 stars is pricing. Last Feb, 2025) the price for a more envolved service was $90 this year the service call cost me $150. That’s a big increase!

I upgraded my springs, rollers, drums, cables and bearing plates in 2022. In 2025, the springs broke and was quoted over $800 for two new springs. With the upgrades I made 3 years ago, I would have expected a longer life span from the springs. Very disappointed.
