Our tech Adrian Esquivel was top notch. He was extremely knowledgeable and very polite and respectful. He explained to us why we were having all the malfunctions and replaced our lift motor. With this we got new remotes, new keypad and a new wall switch. I have used Precision in the past and have been quite pleased each time.

We have used Precision Garage Door / Precision Door Service of South Florida for many years and have never had a problem with them. They are knowledgeable and have excellent customer service. Their salesman/service installers are honest, very neat, and thoughtful when installing garage door openers or Garage Doors. Specifically, Tyler Wakefield is an amazing employee who goes above and beyond during a service call, and installation and explains how everything works. He did a great job and left the job site very clean.

I called at 9 am for service and had my tech, Tyrone, at my door at 11:30 am. Tyrone walked me through an evaluation of my garage door/opener system and quickly assessed the issues and gave me the quote. I decided to move forward and the work was all complete by 3:30 pm. The door works great now. Tyrone explained operation and maintenance moving forward and extended his information in case I had any questions in the future. Very happy with the service! Highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about this company and the Service Tech, Chris. My garage door spring broke early this morning, trapping my only car in the garage. I called 4 companies and Precision was the only one that promised to come out this same morning. Chris (very friendly and polite) was here in about 1.5 hours (maybe even less) and he promptly and professionally diagnosed the issues of a 22 year old door. Well, the installer did a very good job and happened to come from the same section of Brooklyn where I grew up. I am not pleased with the company. They gave me an idea of about $250 for the work to be done. When the man came and looked everything over he gave me three options starting at over $800 all the way up to $1900. This was just to replace a coil spring that was broken on one door. I have had another estimate of $365 from a company that has done work before on my door. That being the case, I am confident that that would be approximately what the job would have caused. If I had not had precision do the work, I would’ve had to pay $89 service call. As it turned out, they were able to do the job for $454 which was still 100 more than it would have costed me elsewhere. I don’t like the bait and switch . I would not recommend this company to anyone.
